Mr. Lybrate-user its only fron 3 days do not worry. Apply heat fermentation along with diclofenac ointment twice a day. If not you can also take ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain.

My frinend is 32 yrs old female. Weight around 90kg. She is suddenly suffering from a pain from her knee to lower portion. What should we do now?Is it from her over weight?

Overweight is the cause for all these problems. Reduction by at least by 10 kgs will help. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands.

Hi take hot water bath twice daily, sleep on hard and even mattress. Kindly rule out your diabetes, calcium, vitamin d and other metabolic disorders. Best wishes.

I have a neck pain since last 5 month I Hve gone to many doctor but I did not find well in my health so pls.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and do neck exercise regularly and use your mobile keeping your neck in straight position and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hi Lybrate user take cap Dhanvantaram 101 Avrati 2 cap two times a day. Take Syp Dashmoolarishtam 20 ml two times a day after taking meal with adding qual amount of water. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs. Do light exercise Yoga and meditation regularly. Tc thanks Regards.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercies Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. He has to drink more watery juice and also take more green leaf vegetables.

Requires detailed investigation and examination hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

is there was any bony injuries it needs 6 weeks to heel if u want to move before that muscle will protectivrlwly will be stiff to dicourage movement, to help healing so take some more rezt consult ur doctor
