1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from the body.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

I have so much dandruff in my hairs. I tried so many things but nothing can effect yet. I am not sure what else can I do? Can you help me on this?

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Papaya can be used to improve your skin’s texture and maintain clear skin. It has natural bleaching properties that help reduce the appearance of scars. Plus, the enzyme papain present in papaya has antibacterial and wound healing abilities and also aids in removing dead, damaged skin. 1 Chop a ripe papaya into small pieces. 2 Combine the papaya with one teaspoon each of sandalwood powder and honey. Grind these ingredients into a paste. 3 Apply the paste all over your face and neck. 4 Leave it on for half an hour. Then rinse it off with cool water and pat dry your skin. 5 Finally apply some rose water on your face. 6 Follow this remedy once a week to notice a visible change in your skin tone.

Most women see this symptom. It is actually a good sign. It shows you are a healthy individual. There are many hormonal changes and fluctuations that take place before mentruation, eg. Stomach cramps, backache, irritation, mood swings, acne, breast pain etc. There is nothing that can be done about it. Just make sure you do not end up scratching it. You can put white toothpaste overnight if the pimple is painful.
