Dear Dr. I am paying cricket after a year, during this I was not physical active enough like cricket. 2 weeks has been passed. Initially I got muscle pain. Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Dear sir, the most common cause of the pain you have described is osteoarthritis of the knee and in the back of the facet joint. Traditional treatment plans often fail to provide adequate pain relief and analgesic medications work only temporarily. As recovery is a complex issue including interventional pain management, exercises and medications, I would need to examine you personally to comment. You may be suffering from frozen shoulder. It is quite common in patients who are hypothyroid. Get your thyroid tests done to see if the levels are in normal range. Also get vitamin d and uric acid levels done fasting and revert back with reports.

I am feeling pain in my right hand bones for a long period I have a low pressure with slightly high sugar.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.
