Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

1) Eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat.

2) Eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc.

3) Eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes.

4) Eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal.

5) Have proper rest.

Hello, one can protect yourself from the sun by the following points: - avoid going out during hot summer weather or extreme heat during the whole day. - apply a good sunscreen with spf 30. Apply it 20-30 minutes before stepping out. Re-apply the sunscreen if you are out for more than 3-4hrs. - wear a hat with a broad rim. - carry an umbrella. - wear goggles. - drink plenty of water. - eat healthy food, avoid junk. - eat fruits and vegetables with more percentage of water in it. Use bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunlight.

Start the day with a seasonal fruit, Take early and normal breakfast including Dal, Curd, vegetables, Rice and chapati. take fruits and Salad before normal lunch, Avoid Chapati or Rice in dinner after 7 PM. Maintain regular exercise, take nutritious diet, Minimize stress level and reduce performance anxiety. Add Zinc and Magnesium to your diet ( Green and green leafy vegetables) Consume More Protein of good quality ( Fish, Mushrooms) Go for good quality Fish if you prefer Non vegetarian food Eat more Pomegranate, Avocado onions & Garlic Add nuts and berries to your diet. Have Pranayams Yog-Asan to strengthen pelvic floor muscles (like kegel) daily. Avoid Junk food and beverage

Dear, These are the causes of hair loss: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution To Prevent hair loss follow these methods: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Basic purpose of the film is that the medicine should penetrate inside the skin and you can also use a plastic pouch and make sure it remains in one place to apply pressure.

White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like thyroid or anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction or zero production of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reason of grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible, but you can always control further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen in your body and hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Put protein rich hair packs made of egg. If you want to stay chemical free than you can try some natural conditioners like thyme, rosemary tea, chamomile tea or sage tea to rinse your hair post hair wash. Start a good hair regimen by selecting right shampoo and conditioners. I have not enable eating more food compare to last few days. My Usg abdomen ,and pelvis test shown following results usg done with 3.5 mhz convex probe g. S. Mode. Liver measures 18 CM s/o moderate hepatomegaly. Impression= usg abdomen and pelvis reveals, moderate hepatomegaly. Blood count test shown = haemoglobin 12.9 gm eosinophil = 09 percent, monocyte= 09 per. Urine test shown= colour = dark yellow, Albumin +,bile pigment = trace, bile salts = trace. Pun cells = 4-6/ hpf, Biochemistry test shown= total bilirubin 1.13 msg, direct bilirubin = 0.72 msg. Widal test= antigen 1: 160,s typhi "O" = +, and S typo "H" = + widal test + ve. Please advise.

Mr. lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes tends to cause a number of complications including erectile dysfunction and loss of libido. This can happen even if there is fairy good control, but if there is persistent hyperglycemia, then it develops more rapidly. Ideally blood glucose should be FBS closer to 100 mg, PP between 150 to 180 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Even in spite of maintaining such tight control there can be ED. So primary need is to achieve strict blood glucose control and if needed you may have to take PDE - V inhibitors, as and when needed.

I was in Pune from 2012-14 during IIT JEE preparation though I am from UP . Since then my skin started to get darken now it is so much changed. I wanted to use Some skin whitening cream which at least helps me to stop this thing happening to me. Then I came to know about production of Melanin which is the reason behind this. Then I heard about radiance which claims to be perfect for this situation. So please suggest me should l use it or not or otherwise suggest me some other alternatives.

Yes you can use. But only one cream will not be enough. Sun tan needs more care. Apply de-tan lotion. -stay indoors or use sun protection. -keep sun screen handy and reapply after every 2 hrs when outdoors. -try to keep your skin covered in sun with cap, sun glasses/ cotton cloth, gloves etc. -cleanse your skin atleast twice a day nicely. -go fir regular skin cleansing or treatments to a good salon or dermatologist's clinic. -to de-tan, yogurt is considered very good, you may apply twice a day, for 15 minutes, then rinse. -take more vitamin c in your diet.

Although the stones are very large but I will suggest you to go for homoeopathic meedicine ass there are very effective homoeopathic mediccine which can crush the stone into smaller pieces and then remove them one by one.

Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this funda in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. What To Eat During Exams

#Yogurt. Yogurt contains helpful germs called probiotics. You may already know that these critters live in your gut and can improve the way your body uses food. But they’re also important in helping your body fight sickness. One study found that kids who had a yogurt drink had a 19% lower risk of colds, ear infections, and strep throat.

#Walnuts. Walnuts have healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for you in lots of ways. Experts believe that omega-3 help your body fight illness. One small study found omega-3 cut the number of respiratory infections in kids. Walnuts are easy to sprinkle into a snack mix or on cereal.

#Fruits and Veggies. To help your immune system ,have the ones that are high in vitamin C, like citrus fruits, guavas and berries .

Go for #whole foods. Sure, orange juice has vitamin C, but your kid is better off with an orange instead. It has vitamin C and a lot more. You get a lot more nutrients from the whole food than you would from a juice or supplement.

So, dear moms…Get started…and feed your children healthy and nutritious food…not.not just MORE food…!

Hi…1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, THANKS.
