Hello most people with anxiety disorders need psychotherapy or medications to get anxiety under control, lifestyle changes also can make a difference. Here's what you can do: Keep physically active. Develop a routine so that you're physically active most days of the week. Exercise is a powerful stress reducer. It may improve your mood and help you stay healthy. Start out slowly and gradually increase the amount and intensity of your activities. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives. These substances can worsen anxiety. Quit smoking and cut back or quit drinking coffee. Both nicotine and caffeine can worsen anxiety. Use relaxation techniques. Visualization techniques, meditation and yoga are examples of relaxation techniques that can ease anxiety. Make sleep a priority. Do what you can to make sure you're getting enough sleep to feel rested. If you aren't sleeping well, see your doctor. Eat healthy. Healthy eating such as focusing on plant based food -vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fish Avoid dairy and meat products if you want specific advice take a consult.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hello. If you are able to take proper diet and activities, its enough. No need of medicines. Consult with an ayurvedic physician. Avoid rice, sweet items, jaggery. You can take honey instead. Include wheat, barley more in your diet. Neembolus (crushed small balls, bitter gourd juice can be taken.

Be patient. Acne improves slowly even with the most powerful treatments from your doctor. Do not expect much improvement in the first few weeks of any treatment. Do not pick! Discipline yourself not to pick your spots, as this may encourage scarring. Wash carefully. Wash the affected area twice a day with a pH-balanced, unperfumed soap. Avoid facial scrubs and abrasive cleansers, which might increase the inflammation of the skin and make scarring more likely. Consider a zinc supplement. Chemical peels can be helpful in some cases of acne with many blocked pores, and for acne scars. It is important to seek professional advice if you are considering trying a chemical peel to avoid side effects.

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 79 kg. Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction.

At your age and with the course you are doing there may be a lot of distractions going on that may be the cause of the problem. There may also be mental fatigue from over-studying. In that case you may need to take a useful break for a short period and then return back to your studies. In your case the subject may have reached boring proportions and so it may not find appeal to your mind. In that case the drowsiness will prevail. You could try group study to generate some interest because of the others involvement. Also, study difficult subjects in the early part of the morning when your mind is freshest and the metabolic rate; mood and energy levels are rising up to 11 am. Here are some things to do that will alleviate the situation, if you followed them meticulously. If you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.

Preventive measures to any oral health problem begin with good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Use toothpaste that contains fluoride. Sir, I had an overian tumar in left overy and our Dr. Advise to debuking it, after surgical when we get the bioypcy it is low potential melignancy, there is no melignancy in fluid. Sir we need any chemotherapy?
