2 years back I was treated with external anal fissure. Usually pain occurs during indigestion. Other time it's good. Now again I'm feeling pain in the area and also my digestion is not good past 2-3 days. I have diltigesic Organogel cream can I used it? Please suggest me.

Most likely your Anal Fissure has recurred. Anal Fissure can be treated conveniently without Surgery by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy. In this treatment a specialized medicine is applied in affected region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually pain associated with fissure subsides with in a week or 10 days but for complete healing of fissure 4-5 weekly Kshar Karma sittings are required. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 3-4 times a day followed by application of some soothing and healing ointment like Sushruta Ointment/ coconut oil/ Cow's ghee. After that you can apply Diltigesic if you rae feeling constriction in anal passage. For proper bowel movement you should take some mild stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta churna/ Haritaki churna 1 tea spoon full in night. For further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal institute.

How to Deal with Dry Skin?

An oil massage is one of the best remedies for dry skin. Using an anti-aging oil would be best as it would be highly absorbant.

Today I had large and a bit hard stools and so while passing them I felt a tear like pain in my anus. So after that I applied smuth ointment antihaemorroidal cream. While applying I found some blood on the applicator. Mild burning sensation is present. Shud I continue using smut or is there any other options having antibiotic composition in the cream.

prevent fungal infections from taking a foothold at home, your best defense is to keep skin clean and dry. Change underwear and socks daily. Let your sneakers air out and wash them regularly. Take your shoes off at home to expose your feet to the air.
