10 Tips To Avoid Weight Gain During Summers!

Summer vacations can make you very lazy and it becomes difficult for you to indulge in physical activities because of the hot and sweaty weather. However, here are a few ways in which, you can avoid weight gain during the season:

  1. Never Arrive Hungry: Eating before hand can help you stay away from different kinds of temptations as you go to a celebratory event or a gathering. This way you do not end up eating a lot of junk food.
  2. Redirect Your Attention: Many people overlook that there is a whole other world to an event or a party than the food. Try not to look at the gathering as only a feast occasion.
  3. Pace Yourself: In case that you pack in as much as you can in thirty minutes, you bite faster. Biting slowly will fill you up easily and this way you do not consume too much.
  4. Number Your food items: At the point when there are food items that you can count as you eat them, put a toothpick in your pocket for every bite you take. Set the farthest point for a number of toothpicks you can collect.
  5. Outmanoeuvre the buffet: At the point when food is served in buffet style, use a small plate and do not stack your food. Restrict your servings to a small amount.

  10. Walk it off: Other than consuming some additional calories, this will make tracks in an opposite direction from the food for a while. Get people off the chair and move. Hello lybrate-user, as you are patient of thyroid and obesity which are depends on each other vis versa. You need to reduce your weight. As per your height your weight should be in between 48 kg to 52 kg. So that your thyroid gland will work properly and there will be cure of both disorders. Start with morning brisk walk for at least 35 minutes. You can reduce your weight without surgery, without crush diet, without gym, without yoga.

Hello- Darkening of period blood is due to internal clotting. It happens when the period blood is not out flowed properly due to internal obstructions. It can be manifest as menstrual cramps and pain.

If once it is done then it is ok but from next time onwards do not eat rotten food always eat fresh fruits and vegetables because rotten food can cause stomach infection and that is not good for you. So kindly take proper precautions.

Hello lybrate user, - she can recover from this naturally by adopting ayurveda, better to follow below instructions - have daily two fresh amla fruits before food it can be taken in juice form also - take 5ml ginger juice with pinch of salt daily once before breakfast - increase having veg like beetroots, carrots, include ragi in diet - take lohasava 20ml with water twice a day after food - shilajitwadi loha 2-0-2 for 1 month. She ll be better after this. Thank you.

Hi doc, I am not able to breast feed my baby he is now 20 days old but I am not getting any milk in my breast. Nor I am feeling my breast heavy please suggest me some good medicine so that I can provide him my milk.

Many times there is a misconception that you are not getting enough milk. It is important to feed the baby with good attachment and position. There are many videos on YouTube which can show you about the position that the mother should take during feeding the baby. Latchment/ attachment is very important so that the baby gets good amount of milk. Also at the end of 10 to 20 days you can meet your doctor to add certain the weight gain the baby has got in these days if it is around 15 to 20 grams per day then it is minimum weight gain. Baby receiving adequate amount of breastmilk passes 5 to 7 times urine per day. The pediatrician will tell you more about position attachment of mother and baby during breastfeeding.

sex ki baat achi hi. lekin koyi karti hai toh gussa as jata hai. words it is not painful. it is not harmful to body. but practically we do it it is very painful. unable to control our anger in your age. initially everybody feel painful. later they will enjoy it. in opinion better to enjoy with words. do not go practically. when you marry then go for safer sex. any work in compulsory situation we do it it has some meaning. for entertainment we do it leads some problems. if not marry it is better to avoid to these type of thoughts.better to enjoy with words of sexual talk. do not participate in practical aspects. one more thing is if you do one time it is not possible to stop yourself. you want some more experiments. so it is better to stop thinking and using this type of thoughts. practically it is lot of painful and guilty feelings, lose of self confidence, lack of interest on other aspects also. so in this age. it is better to concentrate on your studies. if time comes you will know the experience. up to that wait. dont think and dont go practical aspects. dont be alone and dont think too much about sex. be share your personal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. be sociable all the time and be happy.ok all the best.
