There are some problems in my waist someone says that a small gap is created between two bones in waist. What should I do now? Please help me. I feel very much pain for this. I can't seat, can not walk freely.

Hi, how can you believe if some one says. Do you have any evidence? my advice: take x-ray of you r ls region, views are 1. Ap view 2. Lat view home advice -take rest for maximum time -avoid long sitting, standing, walking -if you want to travel for long time use gel bed in you r car -start back strengthening exercises & stretching exercises -do not sleep on soft bed, try to sleep on floor -apply any pain killer ointment precautions -maintain good posture/avoid bad posture -use ls belt if necessary (do not use for long time) -if you are working long hours you must be relax by frequent breaks. -maintain ideal body weight -have a balanced diet food.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Avoid long standing, sitting toward bending. Apply heat fermentation twice a day and tk rest. Do stretching exercise in daily routine.

Just feel pain how much day, if you suffering last month or above, than you go to exersic, take a chear sit down lege write state like 90degree stabl count ten after than down back in the chear on the toas like 45degree band lege count 10 after ten to fifteen each lege for exersic both lege more than fifteen day pain your altemetly remoove relaxe, if do not remoove advise to you some wonder full homeopathy remedy hypericum, 30, aconetum30 both should take one week, after than contact me.

this back pain is due to no back exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff .... when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start..... in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI ....DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation .... so consult ayurvedic doctor near you ... you will definitely get good result ..

Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.
