If you travel lot via bike. Then you have to change or travel for few weeks via any four wheeler or via train as there shouldn't be strain on your back. You have to daily surynamskar exercise as you tolerated. It will strengthen your back muscles. And help to recover. For present pain you have to take. Pain killer antacid as per orthopedic consultantion.

Follow these usefultips for arthritis pain relief: * take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-d *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports consult Orthopedician for further management

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hi lybrate-user There's a need for x-rays/MRI spine for assessment. Meanwhile take myospaz tab after meals twice a day, apply volini gel locally after fomentation for 3 days Avoid forward bending .Take bed rest fir 3 days. Dear Lybrate user drink 2spoon zinzer juice in 10 spoon luke warm water.3 times in aday. and use( NO pain oil) for knees and ankles. chuna(paan wala)is the best source of calcium. u can use chuna everyday for 3 months after 3 months take 1 month gap than continue. consuming of chuna is not more than 1 gram per day. and make sure that you donot have a stone problem in past or present).PLEASE do not consume Chunna more then a grain of wheat.

Hi, One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. There are a few general tips that can help relieve your discomfort. These include: 1.applying ice to the affected area 2.taking an over-the-counter pain reliever 3.using foot pads to prevent rubbing on the affected area 3.keeping the foot that is causing you pain elevated 4.resting your foot as much as possible You can take many measures to help prevent ongoing foot pain. For example: 1.choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes 2.avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas 3.maintain a healthy weight 4.stretch before engaging in vigorous exercise 5.practice good foot hygiene 6.always wear some type of footwear when outdoors to protect your feet. Please consult a Physiotherapist nearby to find out the root cause and to apply Physiotherapy modalities and exercises to reduce your pain.
