For Healthy life by all means, The basic measures that v should follow r. Regular exercises, like Yoga, Meditation, Aerobics, brisk walking, going to Gym,Sports, etc any kind of physical exertion should be in your daily life activity.
Regarding Food, don't go for any junk food, Fast food, Freezed, canned,packaged food.Always take fresh, Home made,If u cant take Home made bcoz of Job, Place, etc, Try to add Healthy Food like Fruit juices,Raw vegetables, Fruits, salads,Sprouts in your Diet. Avoid Cold drinks, especially aerated, Black.
Diet should b Oil less r minimum oil with.Salt to b in less quantity.
Dont go for baked items, n avoid cooking food in micro woven.
Try to take WATER atleast 3-4 liters in a day. But not From Refrigerator.
Avoid Sedentary life.Be a part of some activity.But if u r an Employee, n u don't have option, then Try to schedule yourself for the vigorous activity at your convenience.Always remember. If u cant allot time for active movements, later u may feel repentance about the sedentary life forever.
Always focus on Good.Think +ve.
If have habit of Smoking, Drinking Alcohol, try to reduce Quantity n frequency wise, gradually.
Dont go for Medications for small things also, unless it bothers u much. Try to get relief by home remedies r Avoiding the things that causes, n by taking rest.
If U follow the above all Tips,i ensure U vl b free from many diseases forever.

Can Your Fridge Make You Sick?

Did you know your health could depend on how clean your fridge is? The person's fridge can be the marker of his good health or his bad health.  Most of the times, people neglect cleaning their fridge or just randomly stock up their fridge without organizing the food in correct compartments. An unclean refrigerator can contribute to spoilage of food and drinks due to an unhygienic environment.

The following measures can make you healthy: 

  1. Temperature Control: Make sure you control the temperature of your refrigerator from time to time according to the storage requirements of the foods. Lack of temperature control can make your fridge a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and viruses. Milk products and meat have certain storage requirements therefore, temperature control is recommended to prevent spoilage and allows you to use food in the proportion required and store the rest. 
  2. Organization of Foods: Storing the foods in correct compartments can actually keep them fresh for a long time. It is wise to organize the storage of your foods in a way so that the ones which are highly perishable are kept in the coldest area. Keep milk products, vegetables and poultry in separate places to avoid food spills. Make sure you store the foods in proper containers so that they don't drip and mix with other food. 
  3. Prevent Growth of Bacteria: Cleaning your fridge is of vital importance to prevent the growth of bacteria or any other virus. An unclean refrigerator can induce growth of parasites thereby increasing the risk of food poisoning and other problems. Fermentation or frequent curdling of milk products can be a sign of an unclean fridge. Make sure you clean your fridge regularly to avoid contamination of your food.
  4. Get Rid of Expired or Rotten Food: Cleaning the refrigerator on a regular basis can help you get rid of expired foods and rotten vegetables. It often happens that food gets spoilt inside the fridge due to lack of temperature control, improper storage or simply because it was left inside for a long time. It is best to check the contents of your fridge routinely and get rid of any food which gives out a stink or has changed color in ordered to keep the other foods in good condition.

 The above points will ensure you eat more healthy and in turn, will result in a better overall health!

I got to know about ovulation through sonography and that time it was on 12th day of my periods. And then I got the symptoms of ovulation, and this time also it is on the same 12th day. So I tried to conceive from day 12th to 16th, and I got white discharge upto 25th day of my cycle and got no symptoms of pregnancy. How to stop the white discharge, kindly help.

Dear user. I can understand. Washing clothes directly have no relationship with pregnant women's health. Therefore, there is such thing as not to wash clothes during pregnancy. But you should not take too much strain while doing any work. The strain could affect the fetus. Take care.

Do exercise if their is no contra indications. Eat healthy diet, fresh fruits and vegetables (including dark orange vegetable, dark green leafy vegetables, and citrus fruit) whole-grain breads and cereals. Nonfat or low-fat milk or milk products if you are non vegetarian then extra-lean meats, chicken without the skin, fish, or cooked dried beans and peas. Also take 8-10 glasses of water.

Yes 1000mg of extra requirement of iron in pregnancy. Which goes into the baby, placenta and extra blood requirements. If no suppliments are taken a normal patient can become anaemic. Folic acid is required in the initial months of pregnancy due to massive tissue growth and for prevention of neurodevelopmental disorders.

No need of unwanted 72 also as you have in safe period. (unproted sex between 5 days before menses and also 5 days after menses doesn't results into conception or pregnancy and called it as safe period. Only cycle of female should b very regular on monthly basis)

Hello, this is commonly seen after marriage when the lady take s to intercourse and there occurs hormonal readjustment, so as long as you are having a 23-35 days cycle its fine.
