Hello, for skin allergy, take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's rhus tox. 30 and urtica urens 30 - both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert. For white patches/ spots: white patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Pimples and Homeopathy
Pimple (acne) is an extremely common clinical condition in adolescence age group. The age of onset is that of puberty or a little after although many patients do not appear troubled until the age of 16 or 17 yrs. Men appear to be affected earlier and more severely than women.
Homoeopathic system of medicine has different approaches in the management of pimples. Homoeopathy treatment does not merely limit itself to controlling the acute manifestation of pimples, but instead, aims treatment on the person with altered hormonal levels thereby eradicating the whole problem. Homoeopathy has medicines not only for the acute painful pimples but also for reducing the excessive scar formation/ disfigurement caused due to acne. Some general guidelines has to be followed along with homoeopathic medications which will be advised by the homeopathic physician. In homoeopathy the treatment of acne (pimple) is chiefly internal. Minimal use of external application is one of the principles of pimple management in homoeopathy. Message your complaints in detail for homoeopathic treatment.

Hi, if there are scars because of pimples, then do not experiment with your skin. Scars can be improved but can never be erased. Hence we need to treat your acne more aggressively. Please consult your Dermatologist. He will start you on Isotretinoin. Along with that start exercising reagularly, avoid sweets/oily stuff and junk, consume vitamin A rich food like carrot, tomato, beet root and green leafy vegetables in plenty.

How to overcome through my pimple scars and marks and clear my skin I am tired healing pimples.what should i do .
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Milk and honey hair pack for hair loss, dandruff, lice, split ends and hair growth: Take some heated milk and put some honey into it. The amount of milk and honey should be according to your hair density and volume in 3: 1 so that it can properly cover your entire hair. Mix the heated milk and honey thoroughly so that you get a uniform mixture of both. Now apply the mixture properly on your entire length of hair and then cover your head with the shower cap or hot towel leaving it for about two hours. The heat generated due to the hot mixture and hot towel will work wonders to kill dandruff and stimulate hair follicles for the proper hair growth. It will also remove dead hair cells and split ends. Dandruff is one of the main cause of hair fall and if your hair loss is due to dandruff then your problem will get resolved after some applications Note: the milk should not be too hot. It should be warm enough so that you can easily apply on your head without any difficulty.

Hello. We do have good and effective medicines in Homoeopathy for unwanted facial hair. Want to know whether do you have any hormonal imbalance? Apart from these medications, take good healthy food which also contributes to your problem. Diet for Unwanted Facial Hair: - Vitamin B6 can reduce the production of prolactin, a hormone that causes the male hormone testosterone to be taken up by tissues. It also dampens cells' responsiveness to hormones. This vitamin can be found in avocados, fish, organ meats, soybeans, walnuts, peanuts, bananas and other fruits. - Calcium-D-Glucarate can help your body detoxify hormones. It's a natural substance found in many fruits and vegetables, including apples, Brussels sprouts, bean sprouts, broccoli and cabbage. This also is called Glucaric Acid, D-Glucarate, or D-Glucaric Acid. If you supplement, use 200 mg twice a day. - Vitamin E can normalize androgens and reduce the effects of testosterone. Wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, safflower oil, peanut butter, corn oil, spinach, broccoli, mangoes and spinach contain this vitamin. - Consuming up to 500 mg per day of magnesium is another way to reduce testosterone effects and bring androgens back into balance. Nuts, seeds, raw leafy greens, soybeans and whole grains contain magnesium. - Zinc and copper are minerals that can help prevent unwanted facial hair. Do not overdo with copper; the ideal balance of zinc to copper is eight to one in favor of zinc. Copper is abundant in the environment---it's in drinking water in some areas, and you can get it from copper plumbing and cooking equipment. - Get enough iodine. The thyroid gland needs iodine to make its hormones, which regulate metabolism. If you need to eat more iodine, consume sea vegetables, or seaweeds, twice a week, or use an iodine-rich seasoning such as Seaweed Gomasio. In case of Thyroid Dysfunction, avoid Brassica group of family like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kohlrabi (greman cabbage), turnip, collard greens. Medication: Schwabe's Oleum Jacoris 3x/ 3 times a day and Medorrhinum 1M/ one dose once a week – both for a month.
