Hi, Here are some tips for fairer and flawless skin: -Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram fluor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on your face. Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a face pack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. -Mix papaya and honey and mash it. Apply and wash after 20 minutes. Use this face pack every other day for a naturally spotless fair skin. This pack also eliminates the sun tanning which causes patchiness on the skin and the dark spots or the pimple marks which will refrain the skin from looking spotless. -Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning. -Make dilute paste of mint leaves and almond seeds with warm water. Wash your face and neck with this water and wash again with clean warm water. You can add mint leaves in regular bathing water to get glow and freshness to your skin. -To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. For lose skin: Here are few tips to take care of your facial lines: 1.Avoid the sun. Apply a good sunscreen with SPF-30 and apply a good moisturizer before application of sunscreen. 2.Don't smoke. Cigarette smoke ages skin -- mostly by releasing an enzyme that breaks down collagen and elastin, important components of the skin. 3.Get adequate sleep. When you don't get enough sleep, the body produces excess Stress Hormones, a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Get enough rest and you'll produce more Happy Hormones, which helps skin remain thick, more elastic and less likely to wrinkle. 4.Sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side increases wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face-down gives you a furrowed brow. 5.Wear sunglasses. It will protect skin around the eyes from sun damage. 6.Eat more soy. The soy has properties which may help protect or heal some of the sun's photoaging damage. Soy-based supplement (other ingredients included fish protein and extracts from white tea, grapeseed, and tomato, as well as several vitamins) improves skin's structure and firmness. 7.Eat more fruits and vegetables. They contains antioxidant compounds which fights damage caused by free radicals (unstable molecules that can damage cells), which in turn helps skin look younger and more radiant, and protects against some effects of photoaging. 8.Be Happy. Last but not the least, if you are genuinely happy that would reduce the levels of stress hormones in your body which is responsible for tissue damage! Use Bakson’s Papaya Pack and Anti-Wrinkle cream regularly.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

How Sufficient Intake of Water Leads to Healthy Skin

How Sufficient Intake of Water Leads to Healthy Skin

Flawless skin is becoming a thing of the past. Skin problems like acne, pimples, freckles, fine lines and wrinkles, to name a few are on a mercurial rise. Many find their skin to be losing its radiance at an alarming rate.

Water is one of the most important components that help in the process of digestion, blood circulation, mineral absorption and can have positive impact on your skin. Dehydration can take a toll on your skin, leaving it dry and lifeless. In order to ensure the health of your skin, it is highly recommended to keep your system hydrated. Following are the benefits of water:

  1. Moisturizes dry skin and lessens the appearance of wrinkles: Insufficient intake of water makes your skin appear dry and flaky; such a skin is more prone to wrinkling. When you drink sufficient water your skin cells hydrate from within. Hydrated skin is resilient in nature and therefore, it has less chance of suffering from premature wrinkling.
  2. Makes your skin appear younger: It is advised to drink minimum 8 glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated. The condition of your health can be analyzed from the condition of your skin, as a body that is hydrated well, makes your skin appear healthy too.
  3. Get rid of dark circles: The problem of dark circles arises over the years due to the damage of the capillaries under the eyes. The skin around the eyes is thinner than facial skin, which hinders the smooth flow of fluid through them. Plenty intake of water on a regular basis can reduce the appearance of dark circles dramatically, making your skin appear healthy.
  4. Keeps skin soft: Skin is made up of 3 layers namely, epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. When the water content of the outermost layer of the epidermis is insufficient, your skin tends to lose elasticity and feel rough. Intake of adequate water hydrates the skin cells and makes them function properly, making your skin soft and supple.
  5. Improves skin tone: Water is known for its abilities to flush out toxins from your system and for maintaining the proper functioning of your kidneys. Sufficient intake of water ensures that harmful toxins and impurities are regularly flushed out of your system, thereby, adding a healthy glow to your skin.

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few multivitamin tablets can also be prescribed for the same. There is also one lotion which is supposed to work.

Hi sir my friend problem is masturbation addiction. So his problem in his body. His problem is nervousness, weakness,...
Masturbation bad effects 1.       Masturbation makes you weak, it drains protein and calcium content in the body 2.       Masturbation creates nervousness and neurological problems 3.       Masturbation is one of the main cause for erectile dysfunction. 4.       Masturbation addicts you even if you taste it for one time. Controlling it is a very big menace. 5.       Masturbation creates drowsiness; you will be sleeping most of the time after ejaculation of your sperm. You will experience a damn tired. 6.       Masturbation causes stress and strain in your mind and soul. 7.       Masturbation also affects us psychologically; it creates depression after ejaculation and makes one feeling bad on his own. 8.       Getting red hot while masturbating will give a bad name in that environment and it is an indecent activity. 9.       Masturbation cannot be done simply, it needs to see, touch, indulge or, at last to think of a sexual practice/ sex organ of the opposite sex. This is more harmful that the image in your memory that you see could not be erased easily. This will lead you to a noxious problem that you cannot see any girl/ lady/ women without a single thought i. E. Sex. 10.   Masturbation creates an urge to do indefinitely; it doesn’t see the place, people and culture. It makes you digging worse sexual problems if chance knocks the door. 11.   Masturbation leads you to illegal contacts because the urge increases day by day and finally will lead to the search of a source for sexual pleasure. 12.   Masturbation is the main reason for speedy sperm release during sexual intercourse. It will create dissatisfaction to you and to your wife. 13.   Over masturbation reduces your sperm count. Couples who desire to get pregnant should not masturbate. 14.   SThe seminal fluid that gets released on masturbation contains proteins that are needed for many metabolic activities and cell formations. Proteins are the building blocks of our body; ejaculation often will create you to be lean and distracts your metabolism of muscle building. 15.   Ethically masturbation is wrong; you think of X/Y and do sex of your own. This hinders your values and respect for others. You may be are good in all other regards but will end up in a great problem if not concerned to stop this habit. 16.   Masturbation wastes your time and makes you useless. 17.   The pleasure of masturbation never lasts for a long time. 18.   Masturbation creates more problems as you lose your memory and thought-provoking ability. 19.   Masturbation is not the end of your desire; you may be fooled by your own practice. It will never give you a solution or a satisfaction but seems that it gives. 20.   It is not needed in any way to your sexual life that it has to be practiced without fail. 21.   Guys who masturbate will lose interest in sex with their wife very soon. They can’t feel pleasurable for a long time. 22.   Masturbation induces homosexuals in schools, colleges and hostels. Many times the latter creates sexually transmitted diseases like VD, syphilis, AIDS etc. Prevention of masturbation 1. Never touch the intimate parts of your body except during normal toilet processes. Avoid being alone as much as possible. Find good company and stay in this good company. 2. If you are associated with other persons having this same problem, you must break off their friendship. 3. When you bathe, do not admire yourself in a mirror. 4. When in bed, if that is where you have your problem for the most part, dress yourself for the night so securely that you cannot easily touch your vital parts, and so that it would be difficult and time consuming for you to remove those clothes. 5. If the temptation seems overpowering while you are in bed, get out of bed and go into the kitchen and fix yourself a snack, even if it is in the middle of the night, and even if you are not hungry, and despite your fears of gaining weight. 6. Never read pornographic material. 7. Put wholesome thoughts into your mind at all times. Read good books. 8. Pray. But when you pray, don't pray about this problem, for that will tend to keep it in your mind more than ever. Pray for faith, pray for understanding of the Scriptures, pray for the Missionaries, the General Authorities, your friends, your families, but keep the problem out of your mind by not mentioning it ever -- not in conversation with others, not in your prayers. Keep it out of your mind! A Homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you permanent cure from this problem.

4 Types of Life-Threatening Rashes

4 Types of Life-Threatening Rashes

Rashes are common skin problems but shouldn't be taken casually at all. Although most rashes are mild and do not create much problem, some might turn grow to become life-threatening.

These are:

1. Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) -
This skin rash is the result of a severe allergic reaction to medication. The condition affects the skin and mucous membranes. Various medicines, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticonvulsants, penicillin, and sulphonamides might trigger this type of rash. It is characterized by painful lesions emerging in clusters.

2. Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS) - Mostly affecting babies and young children under the age of five, this skin disease brings on extensive blisters with red skin that looks burnt or scalded. This syndrome is caused by infection with strains of Staphylococcus bacteria.

3. Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) - This unusual autoimmune skin condition gives rise to excruciating blisters on the skin, which often go on to the mouth, throat, nose and even genitals. The open sores from this disease often lead to infections and acute cases can even cause lung infections and lesions. This rash has no cure but is often treated with corticosteroids, antibiotics or immunosuppressants. If untreated, it can even cause death.

4. Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) - TSS is often caused by an overgrowth of Staphylococcus bacteria with the infection spreading throughout the body. Besides these bacteria, infections from surgical wounds contaminated nasal packing after nasal surgery and infections after baby birth are probable causes. This life-threatening rash generally affects teens and young adults, most of them being women. It can affect mucus membranes of mouth and eyes although there are no blisters or skin bumps. One can experience slight dizziness and high fever as well as swelling of the joints and eyelids. This skin condition often affects the liver, kidneys, the heart, and the brain.

Apart from these, there are several other types of skin infections, which can be equally discomforting and critical. Toxic epidermal necrolysis, dermatitis herpetiformis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis and several other nasty skin diseases are cases in point.

8 Tips To Take Care Of Oily Skin

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Dermatologist, Patna
8 Tips To Take Care Of Oily Skin

Oily skin is a result of overactive sebaceous glands that produce excessive oil, thus giving the skin its characteristic greasy look. Oily skin is usually caused by a number of factors, such as stress, food, genetics and hormonal changes in the body. Blackheads, whiteheads and acne are some complications that can result from oily skin.

It is important to take care of oily skin to prevent breakouts. Mentioned below are 8 tips to assist you in your skincare regimen:

  1. Use warm water to clean your skin: Cleaning your face with warm water opens up the pores and clears the dirt from; thus removing the layer of oil from the face more effectively than cold water.
  2. Face masks: You may use face mask, such as sandalwood or fuller earth to get rid of the excessive oil on the skin. In addition to removing oil, it also cleans and removes impurities from the skin.
  3. Limit scrubbing: You should restrict exfoliating your face 2 to 3 times a week as too much exfoliation may result in excessive oil production. Over scrubbing may cause the skin to lose its natural oils and turn dry.
  4. Use a toner: You may apply toner on the skin regularly for its astringent properties, that help in cooling and soothing the skin. It also reduces pore size, which thus decreases oil production.
  5. Diet: Diet plays an important role in the health of your skin, so consuming too many oily and fried foods can increase the chances of getting acne and pimples on your skin. Eat more vegetables and fruits to keep your skin healthy.
  6. Stay hydrated: Drinking water regularly helps in replenishing the lost fluids from your body and it also improves overall body health.
  7. Use medicated pads: To freshen up your face, use wet tissues or medicated pads to soak up the oil, which shall help in freshening up your face.
  8. Choose makeup wisely: It is not recommended to use heavy makeup if you have an oily skin. Instead use water based makeup that is light and oily skin friendly.

Hello, Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.
