First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Shoulder Pain Treatment in Hindi - कंधे के दर्द का इलाज

हमारे शरीर में कंधे के महत्त्व से तो सभी परिचित ही हैं. क्योंकि कंधे से हम रोजाना कई तरह के काम करते हैं. इसलिए कंधे की मजबूती और इसके सेहत का ध्यान रखना पड़ेगा. जब भी आपको जब कंधे में कुछ समस्या होती है, तो कंधे को हिलाने-ढुलाने में बाधा उत्पन्न होने लगती है. कंधे में दर्द के दौरान आपको दर्द और बेचैनी के अलावा जीवन में कई परेशानियां हो सकती हैं. कंधे के हिलने-ढुलने व घूमने की सीमा रोटेटर कफ द्वारा निर्धारित की जाती है. रोटेटर कफ चार टेंडन्स से मिलकर बना होता है. टेंडन वे रेशेदार ऊतक होते हैं, जो हड्डियों को मांसपेशियों से जोड़ते हैं. अगर रोटेटर कफ के आस-पास के टेंडन्स क्षतिग्रस्त या उनमें सूजन आई हुई है, तो बाजुओं को सिर को ऊपर की तरफ उठाने में दर्द या कठिनाई अनुभव हो सकती है. उम्र बढ़ने के साथ-साथ कंधों में दर्द होने की संभावना भी बढ़ जाती है. विशेष रूप से 60 साल से ज़्यादा उम्र में यह समस्या आम हो जाती है, क्योंकि उम्र के साथ-साथ कंधे के आस-पास के ऊतक नष्ट या खराब होने लगते हैं. आइए कंधे में होने वाले कुछ दर्द के उपचारों को समझें ताकि इससे छुटकारा पाया जा सके.

1. कम्प्रेशन पहनें
कंधे के दर्द से परेशान व्यक्तियों को हमलोग अक्सर कम्प्रेशन पहने देखते हैं. कम्प्रेशन का काम है दर्द वाले क्षेत्र पर प्रेशर डालना. इससे सूजन को दूर करने में मदद मिलती है. कम्प्रेशन बांधने से आप आरामदायक भी महसूस करते हैं. इसके अलावा अपने कंधे के पास तकिये को रखें और उसपर अपने प्रभावित कंधे को रख दें इससे आपका इलाज जल्दी होगा.
2. कोल्ड कंप्रेस
कंधे के दर्द को दूर करने के लिए कोल्ड कंप्रेस भी बेहद प्रभावी है. दरअसल ठंडा तापमान उस क्षेत्र को सुन्न करने में मदद करता है जिससे कि सूजन और दर्द दोनों गायब हो जाते हैं.
3. हॉट कंप्रेस
जैसा कि ऊपर कोल्ड कंप्रेस के बारे में बताया है ठीक उसी हौट कंप्रेस भी कंधे के दर्द का इलाज करता है. इसके इस्तेमाल से सूजन और दर्द में आप राहत महसूस कर सकते हैं. इसका इस्तेमाल दर्द शुरू होने के 48 घंटे बाद हौट कंप्रेस का इस्तेमाल करें.
4. सेंधा नमक
सेंधा नमक मैग्नीशियम सल्फेट से बना होता है जो कंधे के दर्द को दूर करने में मदद करता है. इससे रक्त परिसंचरण सुधरता है और कंधे की मांसपेशियों को आराम मिलता है. ये शरीर की थकान को दूर करता है.
5. हल्दी का इस्तेमाल
हल्दी कंधे के दर्द से राहत दिलाने के लिए बेहद अच्छा घरेलू उपाय है. हल्दी में करक्यूमिन मौजूद होता है जिसमे एंटीऑक्सीडेंट और सूजनरोधी गुण शामिल होते हैं. इससे दर्द और सूजन को दूर करने में मदद मिलती है.
6. मसाज
मसाज का इस्तेमाल हम अपने आराम के लिए करते हैं. इसका इस्तेमाल हम कंधे के दर्द को दूर करने के लिए भी करते हैं. हल्की हल्की मसाज आपके कंधे की मांसपेशियों में तनाव और खिचाव को ठीक करने में मदद करती है. इसके अलावा ये रक्त परिसंचरण को भी सुधारने का काम करता है. मसाज के लिए जैतून, नारियल, तिल या सरसो का तेल इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं.
7. सेब के सिरका
जब कंधे के दर्द का इलाज करने की बात आती है तो अन्य प्रभावी घरेलू सामग्री है सेब का सिरका. इसमें सूजनरोधी और एल्कलाइज़िंग गुण भी मौजूद होते है जो दर्द और सूजन को दूर करने में मदद करते हैं.
8. अल्फाल्फा से
तमाम जडीबुटीयों में अल्फाल्फा भी एक प्राकृतिक उपाय है जो दर्द और सूजन के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद है. ये पूरे शरीर का रक्त परिसंचरण ठीक करता है जिसकी मदद से सूजन कम होती है.
9. अदरक का उपयोग
अदरक में मौजूद एंटीऑक्सीडेंट और सूजनरोधी गुण, कंधे के दर्द से निपटने में काफी उपयोगी साबित होता है. इसके साथ ही ये रक्त परिसंचरण को सुधारता है जिससे कंधे के दर्द का इलाज तेज़ी से होता है. आप इसके इस्तेमाल से भी कंधे के दर्द से निजात पा सकते हैं.
10. लैवेंडर के तेल का प्रयोग
कंधे के दर्द में अक्सर हम लैवेंडर का तेल का भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं. ये थकी हुई मांसपेशियों के लिए बेहद प्रभावी आवश्यक तेल है. इसके इस्तेमाल से आप दर्द और सूजन दोनों को दूर करता है.

Do avoid pain killers do apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 15 minutes duration each time regularly for 7 days do consult sports medicine rehabilitation specialist for rehabilitation exercises do revert back for further assistance best wishes.

The thing is due to lot of weight in your upper body, your lower part may be weak your leg muscles, so first work on the legs to get strength and strong then start with a walk that to sustained slow pace walk, and keep rest for some time if you have pain then use hot fermentation to your legs.

Good evening mam, my husband named kumar aged 28 years height 5.10 weight 89 kgs ,he had Vitamin - D deficiency, now it is normal after taking supplementaries. And also gilbert Syndrome also there He is having following symptoms and suffering since almost 5 yrs Symptoms 1.Excessive head sweating (major problem) n high sensitivity to heat since 5 yrs 2). Aches in bones n joints & muscle weakness since 3 yrs 3).Skin acnes since 5 yrs 4).Fatigue since 3 yrs 5).Digestive problems since 4 yrs 6).Some times numbness in hands n legs since 3 yrs 7). Lack of concentration 8).Hair loss 9).Weight gain 10). Weakness I.e not ability to do physical activities ,he is too much worried about excessive sweating problem and anxiety and weakness problem. We meet many doctors and followed according to them but the problem is same and done many tests but the tests results are normal .he had taken cortisoltest, progesterone,testostrenbut the levels are normal mam. One doctor told that he is suffering from the vitamin b12 defence and he having anemia and iron supplement is need like tht. Is it permanent solution for his problem? Or still any other problem or tests need to take to find out the problem? Bcz of that problem he is getting disturbed a lot find the sol for the problem mam.

Lot of harmful bacteria inside his gut line and totally digestive disorder and toxin. He is over weight and continue gaining weight. You may start a glass of luke warm water with lemon extract in the morning like chip chip as you take tea in empty stomach, follow home made food only, 2-3 pcs of garlic also good to kill bad bacteria if you take in the morning when lemon extract you are taking. No smoking, alcohol, junk food and soft drinks. Right time food and sleep. Minimum 7 hours of sound sleep is must, regular exercise and no day sleep. Follow foe 6 months and revert back. Thanks.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100mg +paracetamol 350mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. A-z g0ld 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for neck & shoulders. Knee & legs. Foot ankle. (take help of a physiotherapist use no pillow under the head. Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days.

Firstly try to reduce your weight. With your age and height maintain your wt between 46 to 50 kg. Start taking calcuum and multivitamins regularly. Your problem will be taken care of.

You can do physiotherapy , ultrasonic in pulse mode 15 minutes in tail bone 15 days and take a hot water tub and sit 15 to 20 minutes twice a day , sit with cushion or soft place

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
