Hello! vit. B12 is found in animal protein like egg, chicken, fish, little amount in dairy. If you are vegetarian then you should take medical help for the same.

avoid any stress, anxiety and go for slip at 10 pm, take dinner at least 2 hr before sleep. take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, 3-4 lt of water daily. it will help you, welcome for further help.

I am 39 years old, my problem is that my wife is not satisfied regarding SEX. Below the points. 1) she complains that my penis does not move in and out properly while intercourse and not able to satisfy ? 2) my penis does not touch the vagina properly ,may be because of my penis size ? 3) after intercourse, sperms comes out almost fully ? 4) our intercourse does not last long, my sperm falls immediately why? 5) Advise for improving stamina? Your problem is routine like many couples, good part is that you are opening up and asking for solutions. Reason for these problems in your sex life and dissatisfaction of your wife are that both of you are unaware about many basics of sexuality and also avoid learning that by hearsay guidance of friends or porn watching. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2. Reduce your weight if overweight 3. Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, 6. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 7. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise 8. Monitor your bp regularly and consult physician for treatment.

Hi, I am having snoring problem while sleeping and I do inhale via my mouth during sleep. Eventually when I get up I get a very sore throat and my back throat and the upper soft palate becomes painful. During the day the pain reduces but the same story continues next day. To give a brief background on my case, I had a Deviated septum and tonsillitis operation last year and post that I was able to breathe good via nose. Even now I can say 80% breathing I do via nose during normal time. But during sleep it becomes worse and I breathe by mouth. The throat gets very dry and I have seen some stuffy mucus also gets struck at the back of the throat. I get it removed by my fingure. The surface of the throat becomes so sensitive if accidentally my figure touches the wall of the back throat it bleeds (very rarely though). Do you recommend any exercise or best practice to get rid of this mouth breathing during sleep? Can the nose septum again getting deviated post my last operation?

Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. Using a Neti pot, nasal decongestant, or nasal strips can also help you breathe more easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. Sleep on your side instead of your back.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

Hi. This is due to the body heat and sweating. Do you work in very high temperatures. If not then use a talcum powder. Will help. If you continue to work in high temperature environment or in high humidity climate the heat boils will recur. So try to avoid this. Any more doubts come back to me.
