I have done iui for two times and both times failed. What's the problem when everything is okay.

Don't get frustrated after 2 IUI failed. Because in IUI, the success rate is 25% per cycle. 2 cycles failed means 50% of the chance has been lost. Usually I continue IUI till 3 cycles. Then if pregnancy does not come, I review reports and give the couples 2 options- 1) directly fgo for IVF (success rate 30-50% per cycle) 2) if cannot afford IVF right now, then try another 3 IUI and then IVF (usually more than 6 cycles of IUI is not advised)

We are planning to postpone our pregnancy. So for that what we have to do ?We want a natural process.

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology)

The day on which periods start is considered as Day 1 of the cycle. If periods are regular, with bleeding happening every 28 to 32 days, calender method of contraception can be used. According to this method, Days 1-7 of a woman's menstrual cycle are considered infertile, Days 8-19 are considered fertile; considered unsafe for unprotected intercourse and Day 20 through the end of the cycle are considered infertile.

Hello, there is no such evidence that there would be abortion. Please don't worry, report is just fine. You should be on progesterone support till 14 weeks of gestation to allow adequate placentation and take adequate rest with complete avoidance of intercourse till 16 weeks of gestation. The pregnancy shall grow well. Your family doctor is wrong in his statement.

Gynaecologist,
Water coming out in breast before pregnancy.
You need to get a usg breast done and a serum prolactin level (blood test) and thyroid function test. Treatment will then depend on the possible cause.

Gynaecologist,
How to prevent pregnancy by natural methods?
Hello, These are the facts you have to know to solve your query. 1. Important fact is to avoid relation in the unsafe period. This unsafe period is to be calculated from menstrual details of last six month. If you provide me this details will help you out. 2. Unsafe period is the period when the egg comes out of ovary and waits for sperms in the Fallopian tube. So by avoiding relations in this period you will avoid pregnancy. Or if you are having relation you have to use condoms. 3. Naturally there are body signs which will tell you whether ovulation has occurred. These are increase in body temperature, thinning of cervical mucous both which you can experience mid cycle. In this days you have to avoid relations. 4. Provide me the first day of your periods of last six months and will give you the details of your unsafe period. So you have to avoid relation in this period. Hope this was helpful to you. Thanks.

Surgery has its own risks immediate, delayed and in next delivery. However if advantages of doing same are more than disadvantages must be done. Obstetrician who examines you is the best person to decide.

Hello doctor, I saw discharge from my nipple by pressing it I am planning a family is it tat something related to it ...
Discharge from nipple may not be connected anything with planning a family/ pregnancy etc. Sometimes it happens in males too. Reason could be suspicious if you are not nursing. But no need to panic. But notice if discharge is from one nipple only or come without touching it. It's better to meet your healthcare professional. For'gath' - it could fibroid, cyst, tumour. If so proper measures needed. In modern medicine they would go for surgical measures, d&c etc as per gynaec's decision. In ayurveda, aartav shuddhi is directed which is a non invasive, non surgical, non surgical measure by use of decoctions. Time taken could be right weeks minimum. Still better to assess consistency, size, type if knot by modern investigation.

Hii. I always suffer from pain during sex. Me and my boyfriend do try different positions to overcome this pain however I always feel the pain in every position and due to which I am not able to reach to orgasm which is frustrating and this is affecting my life. I behave very rudely and arrogantly with everyone. What should I do? Please help.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

Vagina secretes natural lubricating solution which is secreted by bartholin's gland. Sometimes because of hormonal changes in the body, that secretion goes down considerably, giving less sexual satisfaction and dry feeling. You can use vlg gel or vaginal lubricationg gel just before theintercourse. Foreplay also helps in secreting natural lubricant which will prevent pain during sex.

Kindly see your gynaecologist who can have a look at you and tell which type of infection you are harbouring. Usually the pregnant ladies complain of white, non-itchy discharge which is normal. However, if there is any itching in the discharge, it suggests some infection and it has to be treated immediately because it can lead to premature rupture of membranes and pre-term delivery. You already had a bad experience. So, please see a doctor and treat yourself.
