Babies can get dry skin same like adults do. As young skin is more delicate, it's more susceptible to becoming dry. To prevent so 1) Cut down bath timing-Bathing dries a child's skin because it removes the skin's natural oils along with the dirt. Use warm water and soap which is fragrance-free, soap-free cleanser which is much less harsh than regular. 2)apply thick oil based creams and moisturizers. 3) keep your child well hydrated, maintaining adequate fluid volume by feeding her more frequent.

How to reduce pimples? Scars? My face is full of pimples and spots how to reduce them?

How to reduce pimples? Scars? My face is full of pimples and spots how to reduce them?
Pimples develop when sebaceous glands, or oil glands, become clogged and infected, leading to swollen, red lesions filled with pus. They leave scars degrading the skin texture and appearance To treat these: 1) maintain hygiene- wash your face twice daily with mild soap preferably dove or baby soap. 2) Wash Pillow Cover and Towels Regularly: Dirty pillow covers and dirty towels aid bacterial growth, leading to breakouts. It is very important to wash pillowcases, bed sheets and towels at regular intervals. It is also a good idea to frequently wash all makeup brushes and sponges to minimize the changes of spreading bacteria. 3) Keep your hands away from the skin. Do not rest the chin or cheeks on your hands or dirty surfaces, as this will cause bacteria to spread. Do not pop, prick or squeeze a pimple that would further spread the infection and cause scarring. 4) Aloe Vera- Rub aloe vera on pimples or pimple-prone skin. Aloe vera helps remove oil from the skin and makes it soft and healthy. 5) Ice- Apply ice over the affected area and get rid of pimples quickly. Ice freezes the skin pores and removes excessive oil and dirt that has been trapped in the pores. Ice cubes also reduce swelling and also smoothen the skin. 6) Applying honey over the face helps prevent pimples as well as treats them. Consult a dermatologist if it prolongs for long.

I'm suffering from hair fall. It start when I went to delhi. Then another start after a while when I went Chandigarh....
Hair fall can be due to water change due to presence of heavy metals in water. Hair fall can be due to weather change Avoid washing your hairs daily as it can cause your hair to become dry which leads to excessive hair fall. Washing twice a week is fine. You can use SHAMPOO SELSUN twice weekly. Apply it on scalp leave it for 15 min and wash it off. Keep your scalp clean, avoid them from pollution. You can try these: 1) Boil the dried Indian gooseberries in coconut oil till the oil turns black. Wait for it to cool, and then massage your scalp with this oil. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo as usual. 2) A balanced diet goes a long way in maintaining the overall health, including hair health. To combat hair fall, it is important to incorporate a balanced diet. 3) avoid stress 4) exercise regularly 5) stay hydrated 6) keep your scalp clean. Usually 100 hairs falling in a day is considered to be normal .Hair fall is the most common problem people are suffering from. Get yourself tested by an opthalmologist to rule out the refractive cause of headache. When performing close-up tasks such as reading or computer work, try looking up from the material every 15 minutes to focus on an object in the distance, Then, every 60 minutes, stand up and focus on objects in the distance. By changing your focal point regularly, you prevent your eye muscles from going into spasm.
