How to reduce pimples? Scars? My face is full of pimples and spots how to reduce them?
Pimples develop when sebaceous glands, or oil glands, become clogged and infected, leading to swollen, red lesions filled with pus. They leave scars degrading the skin texture and appearance To treat these: 1) maintain hygiene- wash your face twice daily with mild soap preferably dove or baby soap. 2) Wash Pillow Cover and Towels Regularly: Dirty pillow covers and dirty towels aid bacterial growth, leading to breakouts. It is very important to wash pillowcases, bed sheets and towels at regular intervals. It is also a good idea to frequently wash all makeup brushes and sponges to minimize the changes of spreading bacteria. 3) Keep your hands away from the skin. Do not rest the chin or cheeks on your hands or dirty surfaces, as this will cause bacteria to spread. Do not pop, prick or squeeze a pimple that would further spread the infection and cause scarring. 4) Aloe Vera- Rub aloe vera on pimples or pimple-prone skin. Aloe vera helps remove oil from the skin and makes it soft and healthy. 5) Ice- Apply ice over the affected area and get rid of pimples quickly. Ice freezes the skin pores and removes excessive oil and dirt that has been trapped in the pores. Ice cubes also reduce swelling and also smoothen the skin. 6) Applying honey over the face helps prevent pimples as well as treats them. Consult a dermatologist if it prolongs for long.

Get your eyes checked by an opthalmologist .there might be possibility of some refractive error issues, presbyopia, astigmatism and many more. If you have some minor blurring that comes and goes, this could mean simply tiredness, over-exposure to sunlight or eye strain. However, sudden or continuing changes in vision such as blurriness, double vision, tunnel vision, blind spots, halos or dimness of vision could be signs of a serious eye disease or other health problem.

I am a patient of ulcerative colitis. I have stool with bleeding and paus. I need to go for toilet several times in a day.

MD PHYSICIAN
General Physician, Delhi
Yes in ulcerative colitis you do suffer from these symptoms. To treat so you need to take medication for the same. It include medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immune system suppressors, and steroids to control inflammation and other symptoms of the condition. Surgery to remove the colon and rectum is another form of treatment if medication doesn’t prove effective. Avoid stress, exercise daily, avoid fibrous food, full cream milk, no lime water intake. Consult a gastroenterologist for the same.

Why when I chewing any food I feel pain on ear aur mouth joint area from right side. Almost 3 weeks.
It might be due to temporomandibular joint dysfunction. You can take painkillers to relieve pain, Apply an ice pack to the side of your face and temple area for about 10 minutes. You can do some jaw stretches (after consulting a dentist only). When you’re done, hold a warm towel or washcloth to the side of your face for about 5 minutes. Perform this routine a few times each day. Take soft diet, give rest to your jaw. Consult a dentist for the same.

Facial growth can be stimulated by :1) Exfoliate your skin once a week. This will help remove dead cells and stimulate hair growth. 2) Wash your skin with warm water using a mild cleanser twice a day. Clean skin accelerates hair growth. 3) Make sure you sleep well as this will help repair damaged skin cells and promote hair growth. 4) hair growth will grow more quickly when you are relaxed, hair reveals stress. Manage stress in healthy ways through meditation and yoga for better results. 5) Increase the amount of protein in your diet. The protein found in meat, fish, eggs and nuts will help the hair on your face grow quicker. 7) Refrain from shaping or trimming your hair very often. Groom it only after six weeks when it is full grown.

You might be suffering from paronychia, it is an infection that develops along the edge of the fingernail or toenail is called a paronychia. It is the most common hand infection and if left untreated can progress to a more severe infection of the entire finger or toe. Teeth may gradually become yellow due to aging, hereditary factors, poor dental hygiene, or excessive consumption of tea, coffee, tobacco and cigarettes. In addition, high doses of antibiotics, climatic conditions, infection and improper metabolism can contribute to discoloring of teeth. You can try these home remedies to whiten your teeth naturally: 1) The best way to whiten your teeth naturally, however not always the easiest, is to simply brush your teeth after eating or drinking something. 2) A good oral mouth rinse can be made using hydrogen peroxide; use half water and half hydrogen peroxide, swish around in your mouth for about one minute, and then rinse, it acts as natural teeth whitening as well as has antibacterial properties. 3) Simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and swish it between your teeth for five to 20 minutes, or add a few drops to your toothbrush and brush it on. Another option is to apply coconut oil to a corner of a clean washcloth and rub it on the teeth. You can consult a dentist to get a teeth whitening treatment done.
