Ankle Pumps •Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.

When the knees touch each other it is called knock knees (medical term is valgus knees). Since it's a mechanical problem the only way of setting it right is by surgery. The type of surgery will depend on your age and the condition of the knee joint surface.

Hello, - yes you can walk but make sure there is nothing like ligamental tear with any history of fall or injury - you can wear crape bandage and take a walk - you can also apply ksheerabala do and take hot fomentation for 15 min to relive from that uneasy feel and strengthen your muscles and ligaments. Actually I want to ask my dad's health issue, As doctor he is attacked with the paralysis stroke but today I found my dad is totally unconscious and continuous saliva draining from his mouth and making a sound like snoozing. Please guide me what may be the problem?

It seems like he might have a seizure which can be seen after someone has a stroke. Please take him to the hospital asap and have him examined so he can be put on the appropriate medicine. He would also need to get an EEG to rule out seizures.

I am 60 years old lady, having problem in heels, when I get up in the morning and through out the day when I get up after sitting for sometime I can't walk, feel needles pricking feeling for last one year. I had two session of physiotherapy for 10 & 7 days. Please help me.

Dear , this condition is known as planter fascitis. Just do 1 thing at home, take lukewarm water in a small tub and put a small teaspoon of salt to it. Dip your heel inside for 30mins. After that dry it properly n put a thin filament of any ointment like moov, volini etc. N wear socks so that the heat remains for a longer period n keep your foot under the blanket. Do it before sleeping for 7 days and then tell me how it feels.
