Acne or acne spots are a common occurrence in the teenage years to early twenties due to hormonal influences. They stop occurring once your hormones stabilise but a prompt treatment is advised to treat the infections and to prevent permanent spots on your skin. An antibiotic course along with a specially designed regimen is required to eradicate your problem. Pl do not hesitate to contact me personally for further queries.

Hi, Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin. Apply tomato juice over the area for good result. Avoid rubbing/ scratching the area. Avoid bleaching as well. Keep yourself well hydrated, drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Avoid going out under the sun for few days.

Use sugar scrub to erase pimple marks- this is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent and would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone. - take three tablespoons of sugar - 1 tablespoon of milk powder - 1 tablespoon of honey mix them together and scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes.

Doc. I'm doing gym and my hands are getting hard so what should I have to do. and how I'll make them soft?
If you would go to gym your hand would be hard which is a masculine character. If you want your hands soft, stop going to gym and take female hormones.

Eucalyptus oil is also an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option. •Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil •Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. •Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. Pay attention to these natural factors also when you are working on growth of your Mostache/Beard naturally. 1. Eat health so as to give your body enough vitamins and minerals esp. Spinach, Yogurt, Tomatoes, Carrot, Beans. 2.. It is also important to keep your face clean by using a mild moisturizing face wash; however, avoid frequent washing with strong soaps that tend to dehydrate the skin 3. If you smoke, understand that nicotine does not exactly promote facial hair growth – so, here’s another reason to quit the habit 4. Stress is likely to prevent growth of facial hair; so keep stress at bay by a regular practice of yoga or meditation. HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE0 LYCOPODIUM 30 Dr. Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water at night every week ACID PHOSPHORICUM Q (Dr. Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily.

Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. Start below mention tips. 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabin is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. Drink more water (12 to 15 glass per day) 3. Avoid stress and anger 4. For prevention of fungal infection in scalp wash your hair regularly with some good shampoo. You can use conditioner for smoothing of hair quality. 5. Avoid combing of wet hair. 6. Do not share your towel or comb with other people. Try these tips. For medicines consult me on private.

I have problem of hair fall and my hair are greying. How to get rid of greying of hair in early age? Please tell me.
Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil.
