Dear Prince, Masturbation is a normal physiological sign of you growing up. When your testosterone level is high when you mature to manhood, you feel the urge to masturbate. Though biologically mature at 17 years, sociologically or economically you are mature to get married. So accept that masturbation proves that you are a man and it is a normal outlet before marriage. It also relieves your stress and after masturbation you can continue with your studies. No need to stop masturbating at your age.

Avoid intake of spicy and oily food. Don't stay empty stomach for extended periods of time. Drink plenty of fluids. Try steam inhalation for cough. Do regular exercise.

From last 15 days I am not feeling hungry at any time during any day, I had sore throat, I had takem azithromycin 500 mg, three doses+combiflam+ cetzin 10mg, but could not recover fully, later on I took 5 days, novaclox lb 250 mg (tds) +nicip (sos)+leoctzin hs, even then I am not feeling well. No hungry at all, feverish most of the time & tired. I have not taken any rest. Kindly advise. No sugar or bp. Katiyar.

Your head ache can be due to so many reasons such as indigestion, sleeplessness, cold or sinus, hot sun, excessive work, mental tension etc. Please try to identify and tell me reasons as you experience. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this, which acts internally without adverse effects. Take belladonna 200 once in the morning and once in the evening for 4 days and give feedback.

You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1. Anxiety, depression 2. Fatigue, stress 3. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4. Excessive masturbation around 5 to 6 times a day can get addictive and cause you loss of concentration in doing your regular activities and prevent you from doing your job and study. The appropriate masturbation frequency is 2 to 3 times a week and not more than once in a day. You can do other activities like listening to music, talking to friends and reading a book when you get masturbation thoughts. This will help you to control masturbation. There is no need to stop masturbation completely as it is a normal behavior when done within limits. Please do not worry.

Your gut is your guardian

Your gut is a bit like a watchdog. It’s a tough and loyal guardian, and very smart.

Its job is to welcome healthy nutrients and life-giving water, while protecting you from various toxins and irritants that may try to sneak in alongside them.
Most of the time, your gut has great judgement. But occasionally, it’s a bit hasty. Every now and then, it overreacts. And sometimes, it’s just not strong enough to fend off the “bad guys.”

What kind of bad guys are we talking about? Well...there are dozens. You can learn more about them in this in-depth article. But in the meantime:

too many over-the-counter or prescription drugs
too much sugar or refined carbohydrates
too much alcohol
“bad” bacteria
parasites, yeast
stress (acute & chronic)
environmental contaminants.
When your gut hurts

Hi thanks for the query don't get overly worried as chances of recurrence after four year of surgery is very minimal. The main postop complication is arrhythmia which occurs immediately and recurrence later on. If there is incomplete removal of myxoma the recurrence rate in first three years is 1-2.5% only. I would recommend you to get an echocardiography done to see the recurrence if it is there. Regards.
