Dear lybrate-user. You are suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The conventional mode of treatment for phimosis is surgery. It is just a minor surgery and you will be back to normal life within 7 days if surgery. However if you are unwilling to undergo surgery you can try the following process at home:- 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from local allopathic retail shop 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the head of penis where the foreskin is attached 3) after application of the gel, gently pull your foreskin backwards as far as it could be retracted backwards 4) you will feel pain at a point during retracting the foreskin backwards. As soon as you feel pain release your foreskin back to normal position 5) repeat the process for at least 30 minutes daily. Within 1 month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose. Also keep the gel as per the instructions given in the pack in order to retain its anaesthetic property.

My sister has loose motion within every 7 to 8 days. If we give her medicine it stops after 7 or 8 days loose motion starts again.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Mustakarishta 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

My age is 26 year I am working in bank and most of the time I have to sit continuously. From last month I feel a pinch inside my chest over heart and sometimes a small burning in my chest. Problem of acidity and gas is also present. I took gelusil syrup and pudin hara tablets but find relax for small period and the same problem again occurs. It could be because of gastritis or something cardiac. You should definitely meet a general physician and get ecg done to rule out ischaemia. And if its just gastritis. Here are some home remedies for you :- - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Avoid day sleep.

How to Get Rid of Age Spots: Identifying and Treating Melasma

Melasma is a condition that causes the skin to bear a patchy appearance with dark and discoloured segments. It is also commonly known as chloasma when it is found in pregnant women. This is a condition that can be found in women more commonly than it is found in men. Let us cast a glance on the symptoms, causes, as well as the ways of identifying and treating this condition.

  • Identifying Melasma: There are many symptoms with which one can identify and recognise Melasma. These include brownish coloured patches that may appear on the cheeks, forehead, chin and even the bridge of the nose. These patches will usually be much darker than the actual skin colour of the patient, which makes them stand out even more prominently. One will generally see these symmetrical patches on either sides of the face and other parts of the body that are left exposed to the Sun for prolonged hours, on a regular basis. These symptoms can help you in identifying the condition, in which case you must immediately see a dermatologist who will help in formal diagnosis and immediate treatment.
  • Causes: The causes of Melasma are unknown so far. Sensitivity to estrogen and progesterone are also considered as the cause behind the advent of this skin condition, especially during menopause and for women who regularly take birth control and other hormonal pills for any other ailment. Constant exposure to the Sun can also alter the cells that create and control one's pigment also known as melanocytes.
  • Diagnosis: The diagnosis of Melasma is done with the help of a physical examination that will study the area that has been affected. Thereafter, the doctor may perform the wood's lamp examination where a light is held up against the skin so that the doctor can check the depth of the skin that has been affected. A biopsy may be conducted for more severe cases by taking a small portion of skin tissue and examining under the microscope.
  • Treatment: Most women report that Melasma disappears on its own. These patches slowly fade after delivery, or once the birth control pills and hormonal therapy stop. One needs to use a good sunscreen at all times of the day. A light makeup helps to camouflage the condition. The dermatologist can also ask you to use certain medicated creams that can help in fading the patches to a great extent. Also, chemical peels and dermabrasion are other mild procedures that can be carried out in such cases, to exfoliate the top layer of the skin. Q switched laser helps to treat the resistant dermal melasma cases. One must remember that these ointments and procedures do not guarantee that the condition will not recur in the future. In several patients, Melasma needs maintenance treatment to prevent recurrence.

#1 – “The Ultimate Stretcher” Grasp the head of your phallus (glans) firmly. Pay attention not to cut off too much blood circulation (you should not feel any discomfort). Pull and stretch it outwards in front of you with enough force to feel painless stretch inside the shaft and base of your willy. Hold it in that position for 10 to 30 seconds. Rest for a while and then repeat. Do this daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Extra tip: You should stretch it to all sides – up in the direction of your stomach, down between your thighs, to the left and the right as well. Do this for the same amount of time as instructed above. “The Thumb Stretcher” Grasp the tip of your “manhood” with one hand. Hold it firmly, but naturally! Again, do not cut off too much blood circulation or cause yourself any discomfort. Use your other hand to place thumb at the base of your penis. Antihistamines will be helpful to you. If intolerable headache or fever, take over-the-counter medicine . Steam inhalation twice daily. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest.
