Take protein rich diet. Do some excercise. Walking may be helpful. You must also check liver function test and thyroid test. Otherwise consult me or any doctor.

Hello . At this age backache is mostly postural. If you don't have any neurological problem like numbness or tingling then pls go ahead with some kinda pain killer and physiotherapy with postural changes. Feel free to ask for any help or if you wanna discuss any reports you having.

keep continue ur physiotherapy till relief and do neck and shoulder stretching and strength exercise. avoid toward bending and lifting weight

Heel pain is most often caused by plantar fasciitis (pf) Some home remedies for pf: -Stretching exercises. Exercises that stretch out the calf muscles help ease pain and assist with recovery. -Avoid going barefoot. When you walk without shoes, you put undue strain and stress on your plantar fascia. -Ice. Putting an ice pack on your heel for 20 minutes several times a day helps reduce inflammation. Place a thin towel between the ice and your heel; do not apply ice directly to the skin. -Limit activities. Cut down on extended physical activities to give your heel a rest. -Shoe modifications. Wearing supportive shoes that have good arch support and a slightly raised heel reduces stress on the plantar fascia. -Medications. Oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, may be recommended to reduce pain and inflammation. If you still have pain after several weeks, see a Physiotherapist for exercises and other physical therapy measures may be used to help provide relief. Best wishes.

Sleep, simple solution. Why you did not slept? relax man, there is something bothering you, you are afraid/sick/concerned of something, that anxiety is keeping you awake. Believe me there is no problem in this world which doe not gets over with time. So do not think of loosing, just face and try to win it.

Hello, if your forward bending increases pain then don't do it if in any case if have to do please bend your knee then do forward bending. Try to do backward bending with support you will have immediate relief. Try to sit on hard surface. Don't sit on sofa. Sit erect. While sleeping lie on cotton mattress. Try this for few days. If you get relief then refer to any physiotherapist he will explain you abdominal core muscle and back muscle strengthening.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
