Hi Insulin pump would be ideal for brittle diabetes. Those who can't afford, can manage with insulin and proper diet which mostly is small frequent meals with a little knowledge about carbohydrate count which will be of much help in insulin dose adjustment. You need continuous blood glucose monitoring for few days to understand your dips and surges in blood sugar which inturn is very useful in adjusting your insulin dosage. De-stressing also plays an important role. Avoid alcohol, make sure insulin needle is changed after every fourth prick (if it's a flex pen) and is taken properly. Stay fit and strong, as fitness level rises, diabetes risk reduces.

I am being too much fatty in the last year may be these because of bad habit. My weight become 72kg.
It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut the salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options. Herbal medicines are very useful in reducing extra fat. It helps you get weight loss goal faster.

Psychotherapy, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has been shown to be quite successful in treating claustrophobia. Your doctor may also prescribe anti-anxiety medications or antidepressants to help manage your symptoms. Behavioral techniques such as systematic desensitization and flooding are often used in conjunction with cognitive methods such as the Stop! Technique. The methods work together to help change both your behaviors and your feelings of fear.

I am 24 year old girl. After coming from my job in my room I feel restless, lonely, lost and whenever I m free I feel the same. I am completely broken. I miss my expired dad more than my life. I want to go near him in every second of my life. But, because of family prestige and their love I m not able to commit suicide. I hv no interest in my life. I m not able to believe that anything good will happen to me in future. I feel completely lost, left, worthless (sometimes). This all is from one month. I m also very pessimistic from my childhood. I don't believe on my decisions now. All my dreams, aims and wishes have been scattered and burned. What should I do?

You are lonely, vulnerable and have tendencies to ruin your life. What will this world gain from it, This heartless world cares a damn Nothing will happen, nobody is going to miss you like some Gandhi. What will you gain,Nothing by reducing your body to ash ! Look at Parsis ,even after death they make sure animals are fed on it & you are living young lady who does not suffer from body disease but mind is diseased for sure. Can you visit some place like Cansupport ,where people suffering from deadly disease Do Have Hope to live & contribute.Positive attitude has to be inculcated , it cannot be fed to you as a medicine. At 24 , may be you need a life partner , but this is not the time to take Any Decision. First hold yourself , be in a page 3 crowd or watch movies , you will realize that despite every worldly comforts @ 7 stars , people around their call to serve them , they are loners by choice / some may be loners in a crowd. Be yourself , time to realize your potential . I am not suggesting you to go to slums as a caring person who serves poor ! If you are a teacher , teach well , if you are a cook , hold some classes and share your knowledge. I met a young lady ,a small town girl who has started a boutique in posh colony garage ,taking help of just one darjee , her rates are so reasonable that she will have no dearth of clients within a year. Good Luck . Say No to Drugs to soothe you, Become a workalcoholic.
