Hello lybrate-user. Habit of chewing tobacco products leads to submucous fibrosis which results in burning mouth, inability to open mouth. Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also it? s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment? s / otc products n medicine? s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue so find out where you have to correct? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Vitamin a, e, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. Treatment: 1. A teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder is effective home remedy for pimples / acne. Mixture should be applied to the face at night after thoroughly wash every day. 2. If you have constipation or menstruation in case of female, then remove a same, or go for treatment 3. Cap. Neem guard - 1 daily in morning after breakfast 4. Cap garlic pearls - 1 daily after breakfast 5. Steam on face buy using neem patti / leaves thrice in a week 6. Avoid cosmetic cream available at otc and use pure chandan and other herbs made paste along with non side effect face wash 7. Stress management 8. Steam bath twice a week diet: 1. Upon arising: a glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly? squeezed lime and honey 2. Breakfast: any fresh fruit and fresh milk. 3. Lunch: a bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, one or two whole wheat chapattis, and glass of butter milk or curd. 4. Mid afternoon: a fresh fruit or juice 5. Dinner: a large bowl of raw vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans 6. Small amount of wine is alright if it keeps you happy, avoid sugar, gur (jagary, honey,sweat fruits like banana, mangoe,grapes, cheeku etc. Take lot of salad. And exercise regularly. Take medicine regularly as advised by your doctor.

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar is another popular home remedy to reduce excess weight. Though the actual weight loss benefits of it are still unknown, preliminary research has shown that it can help protect against obesity. Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

Do not take weight loss capsules .Take high fiber low fat diet to reduce fast. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.

Whether to go for surgery of any tumor or not it depends upon many factors. - Patient physical status - in your case you are diabetic. If your sugar level is very high, then any surgical procedure is contraindicated, First your sugar level should control by medications then you can go ahead for surgery (Medical supervision is must) - Tumor Stage - early stages have good outcome. - Tumor location - Extending into deeper structure has more prone to recur even after surgery. - Tumor size - if it is small then a simple small surgery can make you healthy. So without knowing the details its very difficult to suggest accurately.

This is a common problem in newborn where they have eye punctum closed . Everyone secretes tears to lubricate eye. All tears are drained through that punctum to nose. So when a human being cries, his/her has nasal discharge too with tears secretion. Your baby has blocked punctum. Repeated Massage on nasal bridge really helps. Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!
