Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. Take your time, and be patient. Over time, you will start to gain strength. Don't rush it. Make sure you have 1 recovery day a week. Pay attention to your core, as it will help you build upper and lower body strength. Try yoga once a week to strengthen your core muscles. Organic foods are best because you get all the nutrients out off your food. Also performing exercises with good form slow movements start of rep 2 seconds end of rep 4 seconds. Changing your workout every month can be good because your body can't be to used to exercises if you don't change your work out, your body will never change. Spacing meals out as well if you're looking at getting massive have 5-7 meals a day one every two hours. Experiment with a vegan diet as animal-based foods, while they contain protein, are also high in fat and cholesterol. Plant-based foods do not contain cholesterol. Try to measure muscle before and after to make you feel like you've achieved well. Give yourself a break about a day or two after the long and hard workout. If your muscles are sore, then this is good and means your making progress. Don't push too hard. You don't want to overdo it! if you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity is good.

I have taken mentioned medicines since 1 year but still I am allergic by itchy problems. It starts from little itchy but now it becomes vry large nd till I take these medicines I can control my itchy but just after ovr of medicines, my itchy strt again again nd now I have many rashes.

Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

The problem is related to breathing. In winter or rainy season due to cold air causes over breathing problem and also cause of cold sometimes have a breathing problem caused by mucus. Doctors says it is because of lungs allergy. Trying to find permanent solution for this. Please help.

You may be having chronic bronchitis may be allergic. Due to some infection or prolonged exposure to cold climate. Try to avoid cold climate as far as possible by taking preventive measures. do not take asprin in fever now a days. go for tests cbc,mp,widal, ns1,blood c/s, after tests you can take antibiotics medicines by consult a doctor. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest ,

I am 68-years young man with slight bp: 140/80mmhg and following observations: observations: 1. Right kidney shows a calculus, measuring 3. 1mm at mid pole; 2. Prostrate is enlarged in size and measures 5. 3 x 3. 9 x 4. 3 cm (volume 47. 8 cc) 3. Liver: normal in size (12. 1 cm) and shows diffuse increase in echogenicity, suggestive of fatty changes. Do meditation in Morning. Try to be more social and do not be alone. Avoid watching or reading Sex related matters from internet. These will help you to reduce mastribution habbit. You can take Ayurvedic Medicines like Musali pak, Shilajeet, Ashwagandha etc according to your prakruti to reduce the effect of Mastribution on your body.

Yeh'ajeeran' aur'mandagni' kahlata hai. Iski vajah se bar bar shoch jana parta hai. Amoebiasis, aantra shoth, infection sabhi iska parinam hain. Iski vajah se ann pakta nahi (digest nhi hota) aur fermentation ho jati hai. Ooper se phir khana ya kuchh aur khaya jata hai. Ye sarne lagta hai aur gas paida hoti hai. Absorption bhi bigar jata hai. Mall me aam (mucous) aane lagta hai. Pet bhi dard karta hai. Sidhant roop se aapko langhan (upwas) karna chahiye. Garam pani peena chahiye, phir dheere dheere aapko halka bhojan shuru karna chahiye. Taki paachan sahi ho. Medicine me aapko'deepan'shodhan' aur'paachan' karne wali aushadhiyan leni chahiye. Aawashyakta parne per'parpati chikitsa' (a kind of ayurveda medicine category) karni chahiye. Aap langhan ke waqt dahi, chhachh ka prayog' karen. Bhuna zeera daalkar. (raat ko nahi). Basically bilv giri powder + shunthi powder + isabgul husk 1: 1: 1 ke anupaat me 2 tsp teen bar len. Morning, afternoon with curd aur raat ko garam pani ke saath. Saath hi chvya, chitrak, sonth, peepal, peeplamool herbs equally lekar, koot kar rakhen. 1 tsp 1 glass pani me ubalen. 1/4 rahne per piyen. Din me do bar. 1 se 2 saptah baad sampark karen aur parpati chikitsa' zaroori hui to 40 din tak lene ko kaha jayega. Aapka amoebiasis, aantra shoth, infection sab thheek ho jayenge. Paani saaf piyen. Chhachh (takra) peete rahen. Abhi kuchh din ubal kar thhanda karke piye (ye r. O. Se better hai)

hi,what is ur hba1c levels? ur sugars are pretty high ..what is ur body weight..its better if u start on insulin for initial control of sugars..it can later be withdrawn...at present take tablet cetapin xr 1000 mg twice daily after meals...it'll help...kindly revert with ur body weight,hba1c value and kidney function tests...cholesterol tests
