Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

High Protein Diet - 7 Things You Must Know About It!

A High protein diet at times restricts some of the healthy and nutritional foods that are very important for your overall health. However, this diet has plenty of advantages along with disadvantages as well. Here are some of the advantages of high protein diet: 

  1. Hair repair and muscle: Protein is a very important component for building & repair of muscle. Hair is made of protein Keratin. So, if one wants healthy hair & strong muscles high protein diet could prove to be very beneficial for you. 
  2. Lessen belly fat: When you consume a high protein diet, a high-quality protein consisting of at least ten grams of Essential Amino Acids (EAA) is taken in. It tends to reduce belly fat. 
  3. Easy to follow: Most of the diets require intake of foods that might be out of your budget. You may also eat foods that you would not like. However, when it comes to a high protein diet, one just has to stick to protein-rich foods. Further there is high likelihood that you will probably enjoy eating them. 
  4. Keeps you full for a longer period: One will not feel hungry or even a bit peckish after consuming a high protein diet. This way you will eat less, consume lesser calories and you end up losing weight faster. 
  5. Energy source: Our body needs macronutrients to function and protein is considered to be one of the best macronutrients. Neurotransmitters help your brain communicate and send out signals to your body, and are essential to brain health.   7. Improves health: Fish is one of the most common foods that one has to consume when you are on a high protein diet. It is full of omega-3 fatty acids that help to lower cholesterol. This reduces our chances of getting or developing any sort of heart disease. It also promotes weight loss. Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries. Masturbation is harmless.

I am in the habit of going washroom to poop twice in the morning, after wake up I immediately go to washroom and after 1-2 hour I need to go twice, but second time it's only 10-20% of first time, and after that I never go through out the day, I am also taking amla and aloe Vera juice in the morning.

Hello, Lybrate user, You suffer from morning diarrhoea. Tk homoeo medicine: @ China 200-6 pills, thrice. Tk, plenty of water, Your diet be easily digestible on time. Avoid, junkfood,nicotiene, alcohol, Tk, either of two juice at a time. Tk care.

‘Health is wealth’ is one of the most common lines we have heard, but most of us fail to take it seriously. We tend to ignore our health a lot, but we are very cared about our looks, but we fail to realize that health is closely related to looks, strange isn’t it? We often try out chemical filled make up to look good, but looking good is closely related to feeling good, isn’t it?

We tend to work out for hours together in the gym but the moment we come home, we are too tired to clean our own house. All these puzzles of life continue to keep coming into my brain and today I have made a vain attempt to answer these questions.

I remember reading in the newspaper the other day that an ordinary women who does all the work at home is much fitter than those who spend hours in the gym.

Well you might scoff at this statement but let me tell you one thing that, housework is the best exercise. When you broom your house, you bend, walk, move your body in every angle to get the dust out of your home and that itself is a great exercise. Well instead of wasting money at the gym, paying money to your maid and then haggling with her every day, cleaning and moping your house yourself is a much better option.

Instead of using all those chemical loaded make up it is better if you use some natural stuff like multani mitti, orange peel, turmeric, malai, etc. which will be much better as they will not damage your skin in any way, they have no side effects and the best part is that results are guaranteed.

Another thing is that we are constantly trying to dress up and look good, but we fail to realize that people who actually love us will love the way we are and the people who hate us will continue hating us. If you feel fantastic and comfortable in flip-flops than killer heals, then wear flip-flops. Why strain yourself unnecessarily to please others and show off? If you cannot be comfortable in your own skin, then I think you have some serious self-esteem issues.

And eat what you like, I believe that my lover should love me for what I am rather than how good I look. If he does not love me for what I am, then his love is merely infatuation and probably I am going to get my heart broken one day, because his love was not true.

Hi, I really appreciate you are so much concern about your body weight and the right means of losing weight! it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! yes, drinking warm water with lemon and honey helps in reducing weight. Brisk walking in morning hours will add to it in weight reduction. Drinking water is rather good for maintaining right weight (as 70% of body weight is because of water). Drinking tea wouldn't make you to put on weight per se, but tea prepared with full cream milk will do so! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello,these things are common in this age group..But most important thing is to concentrate on ur studies n future,friends n people around are important but there's limit to think abt them,u can't waste ur time thinking n crying abt them..just an example for whomever u r crying sitting in ur room before he/she came in ur life also u were happy na,then y not now,,don't give people soo much importance that u loose ur ownself..just give it sometime u ll b alright..n concentrate on other activities...

Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories

Hi.Iam 22 years old. I am not a diabatic.I am having problem of cough everyday .When i had check prevous i was having b12 deficincy , so that i took b12 injection then it was okk .But now i am having problem of exessive saliva in mouth .I also feel low in energy. I am taking calcium supplements .But sometimes i feel am ok then that saliva problem occurs.So please give absolute answer of my problem.I have some time irritation in eyes.

As you have dust allergy most probably your irritation is also due to allergy. Anti-allergic eye drops will give you relief from itching but i suggest you consult a pulmonologist who specializes in allergic disorders and get yourself desensitized or start taking anti allergic tablets like montelukast

For increase hormone testosterone level apply these very useful methods: • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do Sarwangasan daily in the morning. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits and drink a glass of milk daily. • Do running and jogging daily and long breathing pranayams. • Do neck massage with oil daily.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.
