Hello, these are signs of migraine. If you also suffer frequent headaches, it could be migraine. It might be simply weakness or anaemia. You should take multi vitamins everyday. Eat well, do not skip meals. Also keep your body hydrated. Be active, move around whenever you feel lazy. Being active will make you hungry and eating will make you strong.

Hi lybrate-user, it depends your duration of work out how much time you are giving in daily routine. If you are doing heavy exercise and physical activity take high protein. Try to complete your protein with natural sources like milk, curd, paneer, butter milk, dal, sprouts, roasted chana, soybean etc. You can take chicken, egg if you are non veg eater. If it not sufficient with these then you can consult with your gym instructor or dietician.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Dear madam diabetes is a disease which deteriorates the body with time- hence in youth or in early stages of diabetes - human body hardly shows any long term complications. Diabetes does not lead to infertility but does lead to loss of libido and impotence. You have nothing to fear as far as conceiving with your diabetic husband is concerned.

Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. Do a medical check up because disease like hyperthyroidism can cause weight loss.Otherwise eat more food and frequently.You can use weight gainer supplement.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter with food and eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream etc.Add more healthy fat in cooking.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables,whole wheat,whole grain,rice.Take fish,egg,meat.soy products,soy milk,nuts and seeds.No water before and during meals.Drink water 3 lit/day and proper sleep.These gonna help you.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. To lose belly fat you have to be particular about food choices, foods that improve the should be included in your diet such as whole cereals & pulses, more of citrus fruits & amla, do take lukewarm water before & after meals. Start taking amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal to reduce belly fat.
