Hi, I have backbone pain from 3 year. Tablet lene se control ho jata h. Please advise.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am losing hair too much I tried many shampoos but still no differences can you help for this matter.
Shampoos alone cannot help, take a hair fall control tablet for women everyday (with no steroids) massage your scalp with castor oil twice a week. Do not keep your hair oiled for more than overnight. Eat more protein. Do not comb your hair too often.

If there is no genetic problems, certainly his height will improve give good, hot and timely fresh food, that will do. Try to apply medicated oil whole body and Milk should be given every day along with 2 tsf cow ghee and sugar.

Get a urine re'me done and have at least 12 glasses of water every day if problems still persists then get an ultrasound of kub done.

For pimples: Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice a day. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. For hair loss: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.

I am 18 years old, Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex a week before but the sex lasts maximum for a min. After 8 hours of sex I took ipill and yesterday morning I spotted vaginal discharge, some drop of blood with sticky white thing and today I spotted the same thing.

Hi, very good afternoon. It's because of ipill. You can wait for more one or two days. If you get normal cycle then ok. If you have excess bleed immediately contact gynaecologist.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

You need to repeat this test again after 7 days and if it still comes out to be negative then this problem could be dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Wait for 7 days and abstain from intercourse, if it still persists then consult a gynaecologist in your vicinity. If the test comes out to be positive then do not wait and contact a gynaecologist immediately.

What is the difference between pco and pcos? Can having pco is cause infertility?
PCO refers to an ultrasound scan image of the ovaries that appear to be polycystic PCOS is a metabolic condition that may or may not come with having polycystic ovaries Conception with PCO may not be difficult, however women with PCOS may have problems getting pregnant. But this is a temporary condition only. You can overcome it by changing your life style. Do regular exercises reduce weight drink 2 liters of water cut down junk fatty oily fried food completely.
