Back Pain Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

There are lots of treatments available in Physiotherapy. Like swd, u.s.i.f.t.dry needle, and cupping therapy. But you should improve your posture. Avoid forward bending. I have mild backaches for the past 2 months which I feel is due to the cold weather and me sitting in one position most of the time. When I take a steam bath, it goes off partially. What do you suggest since it is not a major issue. I am only around 30-32 years of age and also do cycling some times in the morning.

Hello, looks like you have paraspinal muscle spasm mostly due to prolong sitting in one position start back strengthing exercises and muscle relaxant medications you will feel much better.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi, cycle with suspension will lower the cause of back pain. Better go with Suspension cycles and exercise regularly. You can also join a gym and under the supervision of a qualified trainer you can work on fat and weight reduction. Wishing you good health and wish you happy married life.

Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. OSee Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2.Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain Low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Knee pain can result from many problems ranging from sports injuries to arthritis to gout. But strengthening the knee is one way to both prevent knee trouble and deal with whatever knee condition you’re dealing with now. Strengthening the muscles around the knee will decrease the stress or strain on the joint itself. These muscles include the quadriceps at the front of the thigh and the hamstrings at the back of the thigh. Both of these large muscle groups get a workout when you climb stairs. Try some home remedies for your pain- - Ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting Jogging Also Maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a Physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Consult a Homeopathic doctor for medicine. Best wishes.
