If you took I pill after 11/8 then few days after I pill you may get bleeding. If you get such bleeding that means no chance of pregnancy. In any case if expected period is missed then only do urine pregnancy test.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user As you asked about problems of your wife's discharges and menstrual problems, I would like to advise her to follow the regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk every day before sunrises. Meditation practice two times daily. She may use light diets and soups of carrots and Beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. She may use warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi including nuts and ghee every day before going to bed and at breakfast. She may avoid oily or junk food and sour products e.g. Pickles, yogurt and heavy proteins and paneer. She may follow some Ayurveda medicines as given below. HEMTAB 1 tab twice daily with water after meals. HEMPUSPA .10 ml twice daily with water after meals. She may continue it for 3-6 months regular. NOTE: She may not use any medicine during menstruation. She should avoid sexual indulgence during treatment. I assure you that she will get rid of her all problems.

8 Proven Ways to Be Your Self Confident Best!

Being confident is a very essential quality for all human beings, irrespective of their age or profession. Boosting up your confidence level will not only make you feel good about yourself but will also help you to keep your feet firmly on the ground ,no matter what situation you have to encounter in your daily life. Self -confidence also helps you to create a very good impression of yourself and gives you an edge over others, especially when you are trying to seek a job or representing your company or educational institute.

The following are eight proven ways to bolster your level of confidence:

  1. Think positively. Positive thinking can help you see the better side of every situation you confront. Thus, it can increase your confidence level.
  2. Being prepared to face new challenges in life and accepting those challenges is another crucial step for improving your level of confidence.
  3. Volunteer for different causes and activities. You may consider volunteering for social causes or you may also volunteer for different activities at your workplace or institution. This is a very important step for boosting up your confidence.
  4. Try to visualize your success. If you can see it before your eyes, you can achieve it too. Imagining yourself as successful will automatically elevate your confidence level.
  5. Find out the true purpose of your life. This will add meaning to your life and thus, can increase your confidence to a whole new level.
  6. Connect with others more often. Staying alienated most of the time can bring down your confidence level. The more you connect, the more confident you will become.
  7. Never underestimate yourself and your abilities. Have a strong belief in who you are and what you are capable of. This can make you more confident.
  8. Try to stay fit and healthy. As we all know health is wealth. Being healthy and fit always will make you feel good about yourself and will thus enhance your level of confidence.

Along with the aforesaid tips, remember to smile always. A bright face will automatically make you appear more confident to others.

7 Things First Time Parents Must Remember

Having a baby is a beautiful experience and it is important for first time parents to learn the ropes of taking care of a newborn. A mother should consider getting help after the birth of the child as at that particular time period can be overwhelming and hectic to take care of the baby all alone. You can get started by nursing your child by taking assistance from specialists and nurses who tell you how to change the clothes of the baby, hold the baby and how to take care of your baby.

How to take care of a newborn:
You can hire a maid who can help you look after your baby. If you have relatives, you can request them to help you out. It is important to keep the following things in mind while taking care of a baby.

  1. Babies are susceptible to infection quickly and hence it is necessary that we wash our hands properly with a hand sanitiser before carrying the baby.
  2. Make sure you carry the baby properly by providing the infant with proper support below the neck and head. The same rules apply while laying the baby down in the cradle.
  3. Do not shake the baby vigorously, even by mistake, as it can cause bleeding in the brain of the baby, which can cause death.
  4. Any member of the household should not throw the baby in the air or try any rough play as a newborn baby is not ready for it.
  5. Sponge bath should be given to the baby until the umbilical cord falls off and only after the navel heals totally. It can take about 1–4 weeks for this to happen.
  6. It is very vital that you use clean diapers for your baby, and if the diaper is wet, it must be removed immediately to avoid any rash in and around the genital area. It is important that the genital area is cleaned well by the use of cotton balls and water.
  7. In case you are using cloth diapers, then it is advisable that you clean it with detergents that are fragrance free.

For nulliparous woman (not having any issue) ideally barrier contraceptives are best like condoms. If you are not comfortable with barrier contraceptive than OCP is second option. OCP is safe and can be taken as long as you desire. IUCD should be avoided in nulliparous woman because of the risk of infection and tubal blockage.

You need to do ultrasound of pelvis to see the cause of pain, though pain is very common and you can take antispasmodics. If your period cycle is 24-25 days interval then it is normal, at this interval you will get twice in one calendar month.
