Dear lybrate user, first of all you should avoid eating junk food as it is unhealthy & harmful for the body, it also affects your appetite. You should take your meals on time regularly. Also do some exercise like walking, jogging, playing some game etc daily for 15-20 min. Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegitables, milk, fish, eggs, yoghurt, dry fruits. Follow a regular routine for food, exercise, sleep, slowly you will feel more hungry & eat healthy foods.

Hi, take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened! in order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

Among the nutrients the minerals forms the important role in building up healthy bones. The minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamins like beta-carotene and protein are essential for bones especially knees. Calcium helps in the bones calcification which deficiency causes several bone disorders like osteoporosis, injuries etc. Now let’s have a look on the foods which are very essential for the healthier knee.
Milk: a large study has found that the milk consumption may slow the progression of knee arthritis. Milk is a complete food possessing all the essential nutrients including protein, calcium, all trace minerals and hence it forms the basic diet in all the elderly people who are prone to the development of bone disorders. A glass of milk a day could help stop women’s knees from creaking, claim researchers.

Cheese: cheese contains health-promoting bacteria known as probiotics. These bacteria reduce the inflammation that can cause joint pain. Probiotics are found in bleu and strong smelling cheeses. By incorporating these in your diet, you may reduce your related pain. In addition to that, cheese contains calcium which is vital for bones health. In case, you are allergic to cheese, it may also cause an inflammation that affects your joints.

Tofu: tofu is made from soybean curds is naturally gluten free and low calorie food which is an excellent source of protein, iron and calcium. I have to remove one of my rear side tooth due to decay. On removing it, it was found that the tooth next to it has a small black spot on it. Do I need RCT. Please advise.

A small black spot from above can also cause a big dig inside. If it is on superficial layer, only filling is advised. If it is deep, it might need a rct. To confirm, you need to go for a xray.
