Avoid long sitting toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight. Do hot fermentation and rest after relief do spin spine stretching exercise if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

I have pain below knee in the bone please help is it a strain or something else ?

You should see an orthopaedic surgeon first so that he can evaluate where exactly the pain is and advise appropriate tests for the cause of pain. Sometimes low Vitamin D causes bone pains so get serum vitamin D levels(blood test) done and see the doctor with the report.

Hi, do hamstring stretching and back strengthing exercise, learn all exercise from physiotherapist and continue those exercise for 3 month you will be fine take care.

In January ,during my journey in bus, I got a severe backache. When I consulted the doctor, he told me that I had a disc slip problem ,some space had been created in lower discs. He suggested me physiotherapy and exercise and gave me medicines (pain killer and to remove inner swelling ). This treatment continued for more than a month. Then at last he had given me vitamin D capsules. Now a days again I am having pain in my lower back. Please suggest me some permanent solution for this.

For back pain do take ift physiotherapy treatment of 15 min duration of 12 days regularly regarding your bone mineral density is of osteopenia level consume calcium calciferol rich foods such as milk egg green leafy vegetables curd guava custard apple and exposure to morn 6am - 8am sunlight or from 4, 30 pm - 5, 30 pm sunlight for about 20 min daily which indeed helps for bone strength.

Concentrate on isometric neck exercises and use thin pillow and hard bed ofcourse is required apply pirex gel at back of your neck.

Most problems in shoulder is because of shoulder arthritis. You do fasting and postprandial sugar and inform.

Your pain is due to early wear under your knee cap bone (patella). Simple things keeping your legs straight while sitting in a chair, avoid sitting cross legged, squatting and sitting on floor, avoiding getting down from stairs can reduce your pain. Gentle stretches of your quadriceps and hamstring and calf muscles can help.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Back pain - tk rest heat fermentation twice a day and avoid long standing, sitting, toward bending, ankle pain - avoid long standing tk heat fermentation with warm water for 20 minutes and do calf stretching ig it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Pain, paresthesia, numbness etc in thigh especially in outer aspect can be due to compression of a nerve which is called as meralgia, also it could be due to compression and symptoms from the back region. Initially you can start with: - physical therapy like tens - medication like pregabalin or gabapentin in small doses can be started and we can monitor the response - can also take an anti-inflammatory medication for some time especially if there is any pain associated. Let me know in around 1 week -10 days how are you feeling, we can get some tests to establish the diagnosis and also step up the medications as per the response. Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, your age is not to suffer from back pain really. - your weight is also low compared to height and age. - 1st thing to do is to increase your weight by taking nutritious food - have amalaki rasayana 1spoon daily twice before food with milk - coming to back pain need to see it's related to muscles or bone - so apply ksheerabala taila daily before bath to your back that will strengthen both your muscles and bones - have sprouts in the morning compulsory. This is d alarming sign. Take some rest, stop any kind of forward bending activities, do not delay to move to your near by physio for d proper assessment and treatment.
