Weight 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result you'll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Over 3 years ago I was having severe tingling of the feet and pain beginning from the lower back radiating to the rights and legs on both sides. With ong term use of neurobion forte I was better now he problem has come back and the pain ones to the groin area too. The last MRI finding suggested degenerative changes in lumbosacral spine. posture-lateral disc Bulge at L4_5&L5-S1 are indenting the cal sac and S1 nerve roots in the epidural fat without significant neural compression.

Please start sleeping on a hard plinth/bed with a matress over it. Concentrate on spinal mobility and strengthing exercises of back muscles. Apply pirox gel locally.

Dear advice your husband to dip his foot in salted hot water daily morning for 20 min. Let him do ankle and foot movements before walking after long rest. Ask him to use mcr foot wears take care.

Dear sir. I am facing neck pain from back of the ear to bottom of the neck. Actually 15 days back little pain started after waking up from sleep. It became worse yesterday night while traveling in bus. Nerves are paining alot. So please suggest me what I need to do further.

Actually 15 days back little pain started...
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

When I am taking some physio therapy treatment there is some relief, again pain repeats from lower back till the right feet (burning sensation). I used to go for jogging everyday for 30 mins. Then after 10 days I found a problem in my right knee so I discontinued jogging and took pain relief medicine and now not continuing jogging now, pls suggest what to do, I want to keep if my bones are not strong and if it is then which medicine to take.

It seems you have improved but diagnosis is still elusive ,it will be better for me to examine you to diagnose and treat you properly. Till than you can use cycling as fitness regimen rather than jogging.
