Here I mention few simple things which gives you good result in a short period 1) avoid coffee and tea. 2) try to sleep prior to 10.30 pm… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… A) take 30 ml of RUBYCLIN liquid and 2-2 tablets of MADHUMALINI VASANT and SWASKUTHAR RASA after meals do all these things for 15 days.

I usually work in night shifts where I have to sit for long hours I feel a lot of time back pain but I usually take break after 30 minutes to go downstairs but often I feel back pain in my back. What should I do? Any suggestions or advice?

Please take Mag phos 12x - twice daily for some time. Also if the pain is still continuing then do a x-ray of the lumbo-sacral joint. Do morning exercise and running to keep yourself free.

I am 45 years having sometimes severe pain just below right ribs, nothing found in ultrasound except fatty liver, don, t want to take medicine ,started walk and some exercises, Please also advise for high uric acid diet and precautions,

Dear lybrate-user warm greetings, weight loss with appropriate diet and regular exercises should take care of your problems. It seems like a strech pain of your fatty liver radiating to the area mentioned. For controlling uric acid - switching over to vegetarian diet, avoid bakery products, pulses and high protein content foods shall be regulated heavily. Avoid tomatoes, cabbage, carrot. More on fruits and plenty of water also helps in reduction of uric acid. Abstinence from alcohol and smoking is a must. I have been lifting weights for a long time. In the last 2 years, including weighted squats. I've been experiencing a clicking sound in my knee when I'm climbing stairs. Can you please help.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi consult orthopaedic doctor for repositioning joint. After the shoulder bone is repositioned by orthopaedic doctor, you can start physiotherapy treatment to reduce pain and swelling. 1) ice your shoulder to reduce pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every three to four hours, for 2 to 3 days or longer. 2) use a sling or shoulder immobilizer to prevent further injury. 3) take medicines as prescribed by doctor. 4) practice stretching and strengthening exercises as prescribed by physiotherapist.

Hi myself neetu .since 2 years I am suffering from pain in my right hand .it starts from neck and goes till my fingers including shoulder. It's kind of numbing and constantly. It's nt dere while movement of hand. Had numerous medicines. But not any long lasting effect. Wat I should do.

•Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.
