Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Kalmia latifolia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation. .

Control your diabetes well. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hello Doctor , Sir ,i am 38 years old man , i am suffering from a lower waist pain since 15 days , actually i lifted my friend from a ground level and hurt my waist , and i hurt my ring finger of left hand while playing cricket , finger swelled from middle joint , went to physiotherepist also , he gave me wax bath and ultra sound but no relief , should i need to visit another doctor or you recommend me some other thing. what should i do ? Do you have tingling/numbness also in legs? u should see an orthopedic doctor and get mri done for back and xray for finger to rule out any bone injury.Then accordingly you should take physiotherapy treatment.Just take few precautions like bending forward and lifting heavy weights.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Try working on your medicines n go for a regular check up and meanwhile thumb splint can be helpful to immobilize the joint for the time being. It is advisable to take rest during the inflammatory period of the disease and avoid lifting heavy object take proper joint care.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

There r many reason of your pain that could be due to surface where u jog, your footwear, and muscle imbalance or muscle weakness, or fault in your jogging. Make her to lie on abdomen - place two pillows under hip region - ask her to lie for 15-20 minutes daily or you may repeat 2-3 times daily. It may help reduce sciatica. Ask her to do lie on back - bend knees - 1. Take towards chest and relax - repeat for 25 times, 2. Take the knees towards sides - repeat for 25 times; this may relieve from spondylitis. Follow diet controlling thyroid problem - do regular walking for 30 minutes.

Tell me what is your Hemoglobin value? Any Iron supplement you are taking? Is history of Passage of worm in stool? Are you having heavy menstrual bleeding? Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. I am a 18 years male. I had backache so I consulted a physiotherapist and did an X ray. My spine turned out to be a little bent and he found that bent to be the reason of pain. He advised exercises under his supervision for 15-20 days. I am a bit confused now, should I consult someone from the orthopedic department? Or I shall go on with the physiotherapist? I am afraid, If I consulted a orthopaedic he will ask for a surgery or something. Please suggest what shall I do.

I was leading a very active life. I used to play badminton continuously for 2 hours and never felt any problem. Suddenly one day I felt pain in my knee. Thinking it due to overuse of my muscles, I took ARNICA 1M 2-3 doses followed by BRYONIA 1M and RHUS TOX 1M on fortnightly basis. Now I got it checked and I am told that is early arthritis. If you have trouble only in the first few movements and then you can walk properly, then take Rhus Tox 30C. If you cannot move at all or slightest motion cause you pain, then take Bryonia 30C. If you can't move and cannot bear it to be touched at all. And there is a bruised feeling, then take Arnica 30C. If all this doesn't help, then consult a homeopath for proper prescription.

X-ray report has diagnosed my wife's knee-pain as "Osteoarthritis. Is there any curative medication, short of surgery, in Allopathy? Already tried out some medication in Ayurveda except the massage. Could the damaged cartilages be restored to normalcy or bear with it till the end, depending on various analgesics.

Unfortunately cartilage does not repair especially in Osteoarthritis. There are plenty of supplements available but there use is questionable when cartilage is not being repaired by the body. There's often inflammation in the knee that can be controlled by medication. Injections are also available (viscosupplements) that can help in relieving pain. However, the mainstay would be to perform stretching and strengthening exercises for the knee. It is also important to remain active by continuing to walk. This will help exercise weight control and keep the joint mobile and supple. This way you can push your way through without surgery.
