Dear to decrease ur tummy you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3litres of water daily and stop sugar intake. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Jogging, swimming,  skipping & hanging on a bar in the garden to stretch your  bones. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. कैम्फ़ॅ को  सिनामोमम कैम्फोरा  पेड़  से  निकाला  जाता  है  जो  कि  मुख्य  रूप  से  वियतनाम,  चीन  और  जापान  में  उगाया  जाता  है। यह भारत में कपूर के रूप में भी जाना जाता है और मुख्य रूप से पूजा के प्रयोजन के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यह ऊनी कपड़े में भी रखा जाता है ताकि कपड़े की कीट को दूर रखा जा सके। कपूर आदर्श रूप से अपने चिकित्सीय गुणों के लिए जाना जाता है और सदियों से उपयोग किया गया है। 
कपूर के तेल के विभिन्न घटक पिनने, कैम्पेन, बी-पिनन, सबिनें, फेललैंडीन, लिमोनिन, 1,8-सिनेलाइन, वाई-टेरपिनीन, पी-सिंबेन, टेरपीनोलिन, फुरफ्यूरल, कैम्फोर, लिनलुल, बोर्निल एसीटेट, टेरपीनन -4-ओल, कैरियोफिलीन, बोर्नियोल, पीपरियोथोन , गेरानिनोल, सफेल, सिनामाल्डिहाइड, मिथाइल सिन्नमेट, यूगेनॉल हैं। 
कपूर के लाभ
1. त्वचा  पर खुजली  और  जलन  के  लिए: 
शांत  और सुगंधित  कपूर  का  उपयोग  त्वचा  की  खुजली  और  जलन  को  कम  करने  के  लिए  किया  जा  सकता  है। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर लगाने से, कपूर में मिश्रित तंत्रिका अंत को सक्रिय करता है, और यह एक सुखदायक सनसनी पैदा करता है। कपूर का उपयोग मामूली जलने के इलाज के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है और जले  के निशान को हटाने के लिए नियोजित किया जा सकता है।
2. मुँहासे का इलाज: यह  यौगिक  मुँहासे  के  लिए  एक  उत्कृष्ट  उपाय  माना  जाता  है  क्योंकि  यह  लाली  और  जलन  को  कम  करता  है।
3. नाखूनों में कवक का इलाज: कपूर  का  पेस्ट  का  उपयोग  करके  अपने  नाखूनों  में  कवक  की  वृद्धि  को  कम  कर  सकते  हैं। नाखून कवक जिद्दी हो सकती है और पुनरावृत्ति की प्रवृत्ति है। यह कवक की वापसी की संभावना भी कम करता है।
4. फटी एड़ियां ठीक करने के लिये: फटी एड़ियों से  राहत  के  लिए,  आपको  अपने  पैरों  को  कपूर  और  पानी  के  घोल में  भिगोना   चाहिए  और  फिर  पैरों  को  साफ़  करना  चाहिए। इसके बाद, आप उन पर क्रीम, मॉइस्चराइज़र या पेट्रोलियम जेली लागू कर सकते हैं। यह आपकी त्वचा को नम बनाए रखेगी और दरारें होने से रोकेंगी।
5. स्वस्थ, मजबूत और सुंदर बालों के लिए: कपूर  का  तेल  बाल की  जड़ों  को  फिर  से  सशक्त  कर  सकता  है। कपूर के तेल अंडे या दही के साथ बालों को बहुत आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों की आपूर्ति कर सकता है। जब कपूर के तेल को लैवेंडर और कैमोमाइल जैसे आवश्यक तेलों के साथ जोड़ा जाता है, तो यह बाल विकास को बढ़ावा दे सकता है। कपूर के तेल  का  आवधिक  उपयोग   बालों  की  बनावट  को  नरम  बनाने  और  बालों  के  झड़ने  से  लड़ने  में  सुधार  कर  सकता  है। 
6. गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए: गर्भवती के पेट पर हल्के ढंग से मलाई करने से दर्द कम हो जाता है और मांसपेशियों की ऐंठन से मुक्ति मिल जाती है।
7. विंसकुलन के लिए: कपूर  के तेल की शक्ति और सुस्त सुगंध एक अच्छा डिकॉन्गेंस्टेंट हो सकता है। यह तुरंत नाक और फेफड़ों के जमाव को कम कर सकता है।
8. तंत्रिकाशूलरोधी: न्यूरलिया एक गंभीर दर्दनाक स्थिति है जिसमें आसपास के रक्त वाहिकाओं के सूजन के कारण नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर प्रभाव पड़ता है। कपूर  के तेल से इसका भी इलाज किया जा सकता है। यह तेल रक्त वाहिकाओं के संकुचन का कारण बन सकता है, जिससे नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर दबाव कम हो सकता है।
9. एक कामोद्दीपक के रूप में: कपूर  के तेल का सेवन, मस्तिष्क के उन भागों को उत्तेजित करके कामेच्छा को बढ़ाता है जो यौन इच्छाओं और आग्रह के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। यह एक शक्तिशाली उत्तेजक है, इसलिए बाहरी रूप से लागू होने पर, यह प्रभावित भागों में रक्त परिसंचरण बढ़ाकर सीधा होने की समस्या का इलाज करने में मदद करता है।
10. एक शामक के रूप में: कपूर का तेल शरीर और मन को आराम देने में मदद कर सकता है। नहाने के पानी के साथ मिश्रित होने पर यह एक कायाकल्प प्रभाव प्रदान करता है।

Daily I'm eating whipped cream (it comes over milk after boiling) from my childhood, is it increases weight, is it have fat contains, And daily I'm going to dance class and also have busy life, in my Whole body in stomach there is little bit fat, otherwise I'm a fit guy, but I want to reduce that fat, so shall I stop to eat whipped cream.

Hi lybrate-user, Whipped cream contain fats and that cause flab and weight gain. If you want to get rid of fat from the stomach area, I would suggest not to have cream every day. However, you can have it once in a while.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, your ideal weight should be between 75-80 kg. You need to answer following questions to make out the reason for your low wight 1. Do have family history of low wight 2. Do you have any other illness like diabetes, hyperthyroidism, ect 3. Is this low weight since childhood? 4. What about you appetite? once you answer the above questions further advice can be rendered.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

I am vegetarian And my lifestyle is normal I mean I am not very very fond of to have fast food 7 other calories food, I eat simple chapati & vegetables although I am overweight. My height is 5.11" and weight is 87. Overall my body is in perfect shape but I do have Belly fat, which I gained after pregnancy. It may be due to hormonal changes but you can Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Mr. Lybrate-user, excess use of cough syrups containing codeine for long time is not good. Codeine can lead to addiction, both physical and mental. Plus causes constipation. According to the company's own list of side-effects list it can cause cns depression, lassitude, drowsiness, loss of appetite, dizziness, blurring of vision, tightness in chest, hypertension etc. So such preparations should be used sparingly only for a very short duration. Hello, am 16 and 10 month's old weak boy. I am being bullied and made fun of in my couching centre. Today I tried apposing the bullies i've also made fun of them (him) in group. And I won the grop conversation. But later the boy (bully) came near me and pushed me hard on my right forearm above the elbow region and shoulder and asked laughing what ia Yours? I also tried to defend and choose fight (am weak and the bully is strong very strong he has good muscles and all) I pushed him he tried twisting my arm upper limbs he also twisted my hand full from the shoulder I tried pushing him again he pushed me pn my shoulder and above elbow arm region I got out he pushed me from back on my shoulder. I ignored and took it as a fun even though I was in pain. The only first puch was on my left upper limb the next fight took place maximum on my right upper limb (twisting, more punching and all) and on shoulder while on my left upper limb I got very few hits. And so 1 night passed today now 6 pm and still my right below shoulder region is Paining with shoulder pain and the mild tenderness in my hand. What has to be done? Am I at risk? Please help me? Should I complaint about the boy beat me up to my father? Please have I got anything injured or damaged by that boy? Can forceful punchesin regions do that damage. Thank you!

Hi, first and foremost you should talk to your parents and teachers you should not take up any bully in the class or outside but at the same time it's not right to involve in any kind of such fights instead of getting into a fight you should have approached teachers and principal first of all talk to your parents, ice the area and look if there's any swelling or bruising and let your parents know about how you got hurt Even if you think your parents might scold you do not be afraid in the same way you weren't afraid of the bully parents even though strict always are in favour of their on kids.
