Once or twice oral is alright but excessive it get you weakness. Eventually its unnatural sex. It should be just for stimulation. Not till one jerked off. Your tiring out problem may increase your stamina by adopting these tips 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy, and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises, push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food.

I am Diabetic patient since last 4 years & suffering from Neuropathy in right leg problem for past 2 years. However presently I am taking GABAPIN-NT tablet once a day which gives me good relief. Is there any other solution for treatment.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. One of the often encountered complication of diabetes is peripheral neuropathy. This is seen in most of the patients, even when blood glucose is fairly well controlled. But if the control is bad then symptoms can be more severe. If Gabapentin is giving relief then it is good. Only other thing to be kept in mind is to achieve a very strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, Pp 160 to 180 mg and HbA1c% <6.8. That will help in better relief. Thanks.

Hello, * go for morning walk for an hr.* meditation for 30 mnts.* take salad,sprouts, fruits in lunch and consume fruits,whenever U R Hungry.* take,oats and green tea in lunch.* opt staircase,in stead of Lift. Go, for swimming.cycling,skipping, gardening. Take, homoeo-medicine** @ Fucus vasQ-10 drops ,thrice/dly with1/4 cup of luke warm water before,each meal. report,fortnightly.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

At 18 years of age, height increse might not be possible but you can gain weight. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. There are lot of reasons of these symptoms but no worry. Have proper meals & mild exercises in early morning, evenng. Take soft less oil foods, safe from rain drops, out side junk. Fast foods, fresh water & time meals.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.
