What exactly is a spine block injection? Will it work long-term for low back pain due to disc problems?

Hi, its either caudal block or nerve root block injection, and effect is shot to medium term but in very few the effects are long term.

Get primarily a xray lumbosacral spine and a mri. You might have spinal canal compromise with nerve root compression.
