It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform Kindly show me the x ray.

Good morning doctor. I run 5 km daily on CONCRETE ROAD. What I have heard from my friend is that running on concrete road is not good for knees. Hi lybrate-user our feets are designed in such a way that it's not advisable to run in concrete roads barefoot. Use a branded sports shoe it will solve your problem as it's ergonomically designed to reduce stress over your leg. N more over if you are doing regular leg exercises than no need to worry. Running will strengthen your legs. In case of pain or any other sign than only you need to seek medical advice. Regards.

Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. -sleep with two pillows: one pillow is for your head, as usual, the other is to go between your elbow and your body (on your affected side) so that your arm is held slightly away from your body. If you usually sleep on the side where you have no pain, put the pillow in front of you and hug it, to help keep your arm away from your body. Best wishes.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

it's near normal due to fatigue if muscle. rest and stretching exercises of arm avoid strain till relief tk muscle relaxant medicine after food and hot fermentation

I used to work in standing position around 8 -10 hrs continuously for last 4 months, when I go to sleep I fill heat & pain in my lower feet i. E. I am 48 year female. I am having pain in sole of please left foot(near heel)from 7-8 days. It occurs while standing or walking. Also from 2-3 years I am suffering from constipation, kindly advice.
