I am a software engineer. I have to see computer and mobile routine. So how do I prevent my eyes?
The solution for this problem is its reduced usage and while using computor/mobile use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor /mobile screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor /mobile usage or take frequent breaks. Homoeopathic medicine CINELUBE EYE DROPS ( HAPDCO) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily.

There is a 3 d difference in your eye power between 2 eyes. This results in difference in image size and may cause strain when using both eyes together. You need to get your eyes evaluated by an eye doctor. Get a glasses prescription with both eye power balanced, for muscle balance and evaluation of binocularity- whether you r able to see with both eyes together. For the high amount of computer use- follow instructions s for computer vision syndrome. 20-20-20 rule. Means every 20 min for 20 seconds look at a distance beyond 20 feet. And do palming every 2-3 hours. Headaches has many causes. Small changes in lifestyle like drinking water n eating food at regular intervals, using dark glasses, cap, umbrella in bright sunlight help. Also learn to manage stress effectively.

I am getting water from eyes. Also it is getting red frequently. How to get rid of it.

FICO, DNB Ophtalmology

I am getting water from eyes. Also it is getting red frequently. How to get rid of it.
Hello lybrate-user. Redness of the eye is one of the most prevalent problems observed. Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. It occurs with symptoms of pricking, itching, irritation, watering, foreign body sensation and discomfort. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. Thus, eye hygiene remains the principal modality of treatment along with eye drops as a supplement. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. There may occur associated pain and sensation of itching, pricking, watering and discomfort. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic because it would require immediate removal from the eye and appropriate therapy. (4) raised eye pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the covering layers of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. (6) increased blood pressure. This has known to cause redness which is also known as sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. The redness in this case tends to be deep dark and usually occurs only in one portion of the eye. In this regard, a complete ophthalmic evaluation and a systemic evaluation is warranted. From the symptoms described by you, it seems more likely to be a case of allergy. Maintaining the precautions and hygiene that I mentioned should probably work well for you. You could also use a lubricant eye drop along with an anti-histamine eye drop. (3-4 times daily) also, you might require a complete eye evaluation in order to rule out other causes. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care.

My eyes are weak what should I do please suggest me some tips to get healthy eyes?
Being a homoeopath,i will advise you to undergo homoeopathic treatment as homoeopathic medicine along with exercises aand a diet plan are very effective combination for improving eyesight.consult me Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health,6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. More specifically, lutein is also found in your macular pigment – known for helping to protect your central vision and aid in blue light absorption—and zeaxanthin is found in your retina.Estimated daily dose of lutein is 10 mg per day, and at 2 mg/day for zeaxanthin. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name "lutein" comes from the Latin word "luteus," which means "yellow." If you remember this, it may help you pick out vegetables that are likely to contain higher amounts of these two nutrients. Egg yolk is another source of both lutein and zeaxanthin that is well absorbed by your body Most of the dark green leafy vegetables, previously recommended for a higher intake of lutein and zeaxanthin, have 15-47 percent of lutein, but a very low content (0-3 percent) of zeaxanthin. study shows that fruits and vegetables of various colors can be consumed to increase dietary intake of lutein and zeaxanthi It is also important to note that lutein is an oil-soluble nutrient, so if you eat the vegetables without some oil or butter your body can't absorb the lutein. Adding a little bit of healthy fat, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or raw organic butter, will maximize your lutein absorption. Lutein content in food Food Mg / serving Orange ( Raw) 0.2/1 large Egg 0.2/1 large Spinach (cooked) 20.4 / 1 cup Papaya(Raw) 0.3/1 large Turnip greens (cooked) 12.2 / 1 cup Green peas (cooked) 4.1 / 1 cup Spinach (raw) 3.7 / 1 cup Corn (cooked) 1.5 / 1 cup Broccoli (raw) 1.3 / 1 cup Broccoli (cooked) 0.8 / 1/2 cup Green beans (cooked) 0.9 / 1 cup

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. 1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). 2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is a. Avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. B. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. This will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no medicine that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to.

Like any other muscles, the eye muscles also need exercise to be healthy and strong. Most of the time, we only shift our gaze minimally from left to right, when reading, and turn our heads if we want to look elsewhere. By moving the eyes in every direction, without turning your head at all, these Yoga Eye Exercises will strengthen the eye muscles, help prevent eyestrain and improve eyesight. Breathe normally while you practice. Rolling the Eyes -strengthens eye muscles 1. Look up; look down (x5). Blink quickly a few times to relax the eye muscles. 2. Look far right; look far left at eye level (x5). Keep your raised fingers or two pencils on each side as guides and adjust them so that you can see them clearly when moving the eyes to the right and to the left, but without straining. Blink several times, close your eyes and rest. 3. Look to top right; look to bottom left (x5); look top left; look bottom right (x5). Blink several times. Close the eyes and rest. 4. This exercise should not be done until three or four days after you have begun eye exercises above Look up, circle around clockwise (x5); anticlockwise (x5) then blink the eyes for at least five seconds. When rolling the eyes, make as large a circle as possible, so that you feel a little strain as you do the exercise. This stretches the eye muscles to the maximum extent, giving better results. ----------------------- Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health, 6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. I Am Facing Red Eye Problem For 2 Days. I Don't Go To Any Doctor And Don't Use Any medicine Yet. Is Anything Serious?...
Hello, Bloodshot eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: Eye dryness Too much sun exposure Dust or other particles in the eye Allergies Infection Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. Other causes of eye redness include Colds or allergies, Acute glaucoma, Corneal scratches: Injuries caused by sand, dust, or overuse of contact lenses. Sometimes, a bright red spot, called a subconjunctival hemorrhage, will appear on the white of the eye. This often happens after straining or coughing, which causes a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. Most often, there is no pain and your vision is normal. It is almost never a serious problem. Because the blood leaks into the conjunctiva, which is clear, you cannot wipe or rinse the blood away. Like a bruise, the red spot will go away within a week or two. Management: - Try to rest your eyes if redness is due to fatigue or eye strain. No other treatment is needed. - Wash your hands, hold clean water in your hand, keep your eyes closer to the water and dip the eyes by blinking the eyelids frequently in the held water in hand. Repeat it for 3-4 times again. - Avoid watching T. V. Working on computer or mobile, reading or frequently keep blinking your eyes to avoid dryness. Take frequent breaks in between. - In case there is itching, use a clean napkin or a tissue to wipe the tears and cleaning the eyelids gently. -Wear an UV-rays protected sunglasses while you are out in sun. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe’s Belladonna 30 and Euphrasia 30 - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Euphrasia Eye drops twice daily. Revert back thereafter. Get your eyes tested if there is no relief even after the medication
