Mr. Lybrate-user, continuous posture of any will build pressure over that paeticular part like the spine also. You try to change posture while studying&if possible lean to soft back/use any pillow, r keep a small cushion under the neck. Try to change postures often. Practice few asanas in yoga which help to relieve the back pain&tone up the spine.&also practice breathing exercises n pranayama which will relieve you from stress. Try to lie on back without pillow while sleeping.

I have problem when I go for shit then I got very bad smell and after shit I feel very week and I have some back pain, my shit is loose type .i have not any problem with eating food, but I have some problem with milk mainly with warm milk. Recently I did wave test in that I have my pancreatic polypeptide (PP) value =0.927 which should be normally=3.210-6.854.

Hello, Lybrate user ,U are under weight & suffering from acidity. Tk homoeo medicine/ @ Aloe sac 30-6 pills, thrice. @ Nux vom 30-6 pills, Your diet. B simple, non-irritant ,easily digestible on small intervals. Tk, water, moderately. Avoid, mjunkfood food, caffiene,nicotine, alcohol. Ensure, sound sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night. Report wkly. Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I have chucking sound on bones. Mostly during normal movements my joints especially knee, shoulders, wrist & ankle they make crackling sound. I sometime experience bit pain due to this especially in wrists. I do regular workout & go to gym as well. I do eat proper diet. What could be the problem. These sounds occur in every possible joint.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Nowadays back pain is a very common complaint in young adults. So donot worry. It can be due to various reasons any injury, muscle strain eg-sudden twist while lifting object, bad posture, overuse of muscle or any internal disease like spondylitis, infection etc. Many of the problem occurs for which we are not aware. After looking at your pain I am recommending you some precautions and treatment to get rid from this pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Sit in chairs or car seats with proper back support. 4. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back like sidelying. 5. Get enough vit d from sun as vit d keep bones strong including spine, 6. Drink plenty of water to enhance the inter vertebral disks 7. Avoid standing in the one position for a long time. 8. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back. Physio care: I would recommend you for i-care treatment that is especially for back or neck pain. Rest required but it doesn't mean a complete bed rest. Do not over exert your body. Work take rest and then work so that you do not feel tired and started paining. Treatment- 1. Apply ice or heat which ever suits you directly to the area of low back pain will decrease swelling and inflammation, and ease your discomfort. Apply it for 10 to 15 minutes only. 2. Relaxing for 5 minutes after ice or heat treatment. Massage - ask someone to massage your painful area using fingers or thumb. Massage using kneading technique. Slightly press the thumb and start rotating as it helps to induce relaxation, relieve pain, and reduce levels of stress chemicals, such as cortisol and noradrenaline. It will give you pain relief for time being. 3. After massage again relax for 5 min and apply any pain relieving ointment eg - volini or oraflame gel etc. Make sure not to do massage with the gel, it should not penetrate the body. Just a topical application of gel should be done. 4. Again relax your body for 5 minutes and perform some normal back extension and hamstring stretching exercises to get relief from your pain. Other exercises that can be done in pain are: 1. Straight leg raising 2. Knee to chest. 3. Hamstring stretch. 4. Back extensors stretches and strengthening. 5. Gluteal stretch. 6. Prone on elbow. All the above can be done for 10-15 times with the hold (stretch) time of 5 -6 secs while performing exercises if pain occurs then would recommend you to stop doing exercise. Massage or slightly rub the painful area and consult your near by physio to diagnose the actual cause of the pain as he/she can guide you proper exercise plan which will be beneficial for you after checking grade of your back pain. Your problem may be due to calcneal spur. Get a course of ultrasound therapy from a physio and use silicone heels in your shoes. Your daughter may having flat foot problem consult a physio also.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

It is mostly because of the vertebral column problems especially osteoarthritis... It can be relieved by homoeopathic medicines...and very safely... You may give her Nux Vomica 30 TDs for 1 day...
