I have very pain in my knee I tried from many doctor but it still exists what I have to do please give me best answer.
At the age of 24 you are suffering from knee pain which means it could be due to any internal injury like cartilage etc for which you are not aware about or pain may be due to deficiency of vit d or uric acid. So in general I would advise you to please go for proper investigation so that the reason can be diagnosed. In the mean time to get relief from pain and stiffness please follow the physio measures: precautions- 1. Avoid prolong standing. Standing on one leg or running for time being if its painful. 2. Take care while bending your knees, it should not directly strain your joint. 3. Avoid heavy weight lifting. 4. Wear shoes with good arch support, do not wear high -healed shoes. 5. Use the correct positions during activities so that you do not strain your muscles. 6. Try to change your sitting position every 15 min so that it should not give strain on your knees. 7. Avoid sitting on floor with both knees bending. 8. Take diet rich in calcium like milk, dairy products, banana etc which will enhance your calcium and gives you strength. Treatment - 1. Make use of hot packs and ice packs alternately. Apply with the ration of 3: 2 which means 3 min ice then 2 min heat. Ice has very good results in relieving pain than heat so combination of both gives you complete relax. As ice reduces pain and heat stimulates blood flow around the affected area. 2. After this using your thumb massage your knee area gently. Relax for 5 minutes. 3. Do some knee (quads) isometrics atleast 10-15 times with the hold of 5 -10 seconds. Also you can do some knee strengthening in the mean time like - hams sets, knee bending and straitening, heel raising, bridging, squatting, lunge etc. Lot of exercises are there. The above treatment will give pain relief and discomfort. If possible please contact any physio who will study your daily routine, symptoms, degree of pain etc and accordingly will give you the best treatment plan. Along with it give you our pain relieving modalities like ift, us vacuum therapy for 10-12 days with mobilisation exercises. Good luck and get well soon.

This seems to be quadratus lumborum spasm. Apply ice pack thrice a day for 20 mins, use bridge pose, setu bandh assan" Hold for 30 secs and relax, repeat 10 times. Your pain and stiffness will be 90%gone.

If the pain is radiating in nature from low back to behind the thigh to feet, it may be sciatica. Disc bulge/prolapse may cause this. If it only in feet and toes look for some local cause of injury due to over eeight or high hraled shoe usage, plantar fascitis (local swelling in soles. Hot water fomentation with salt may help. Rule out diabetic foot problems.

I am 56 years old, Female, I am having back pain and sometimes my legs will be paining me for the past one years, I went for scanning. Below is the details of the report Lumbo-Sacral there is straitening of the normal lumbar lordosis presumably due to muscle spasm from pain. Marginal osteophytes are seen on all the demonstrated vertebrae. There is narrowing of L3/4 disk space. There remaining outlined vertebral bodies, disk spaces, pedicle and posterior elements are within normal limits. Conclusion: Lumbar spondylosis.

Need to examine movements clinically. For the timing you can use warm water fomentation and few lumber rotational exercises along with some analgesic spray. Manual skills of a physio or kinesio taping would definitely benefit you. Also some electrotherapy modalities facilitate the recovery process. Specific exercises can be recommended only after examining clinically.

Relaxes spineHindu metro 19th feb 2015 This is about a 62-year-old lady, a patient of chronic airflow limitation with progressive kyphoscoliosis (forward bending of spine), who was subjected to Bidalasana – Cat Pose Breathing.The Cat Pose loosens your back and spine. It also stretches the front and back of your body and frees your neck and shoulders. Doing the Cat Tilt elongates your back muscles and makes your abdominal muscles contract. Doing the Cat Pose benefits your health by stimulating spinal fluid and the digestive tract, and by improving circulation through the spine and core. It is also beneficial in managing stress.You breathe from lower brain called brain stem and breathe best when your spine, pelvis and diaphragm are in coordination with each other. A good spine posture with right breathing technique augments lung ventilation. If you nurture your spine and do regular spinal breathing it would expand lungs and improve ventilation. There are two types of breathing movement of rib cage.The pump handle and bucket handle movement.The pump handle movement increases the forward expansion of chest cage or horizontal expansion and bucket handle movement elongates the lung or expands the lung vertically. These movements involve simultaneous movement of intercostals cartilage, diaphragm and spine, clavicle, shoulder and pelvic movement.A good breathing involves symmetrical expansion of chest both forwardly and vertically so that there is minimum dead space ventilation or wasted ventilation.Bidaasana or cat pose breathingBidalasana – Cat Pose Breathing improves breathing and takes care of spine. Spine is the most important part of the human system. It is a pillar which allows respiratory system to function synchronously and effectively for optimum ventilation and wellness.Benefits of this breathing are that it gently stretches lower back, hips, thighs, knees and ankle. Relaxes your spine, shoulders and neck. Massages your internal organs and calms the mind.  Step 1: Start on your hands and knees. Position your hands directly beneath your shoulders and your knees directly beneath the hips. Have your fingers fully spread with the middle fingers pointing straight ahead. Make your back horizontal and flat. Gaze at the floor. This is your “neutral” positioning. When your pelvis is in neutral, your spine will be at full extension, with both the front and backStep 2: As you wait for the inner cue, do not sag into your shoulders. Instead, create a line of energy through each arm by pressing downward into your hands and lifting upward out of your shoulders. Go back and forth like this several times to make sure you understand the movement. As you exhale, sag into your shoulders and do the incorrect action; as you inhale, lengthen the arms, lift out of the shoulders and do the correct action. Step 3: When you are ready to begin, breathe in deeply. As you exhale, turn your hips into Cat Tilt. Do this by gently pulling the abdominal muscles backward toward the spine, tucking the tailbone (coccyx) down and under, and gently contracting the buttocks. Press firmly downward with your hands in order to stay lifted out of the shoulders, and press the middle of your back toward the ceiling, rounding your spine upward. Curl your head inward. Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

For the past one or two months I am getting pain at my tail bone, it hurts especially when I am sitting on a chair, buses, bikes but if I stand it goes. Secondly my right heel burns like chillies but again it does not when I am walking or standing. It burns worst when I am sleeping and try to get up. But it happens only for a few second or minutes.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user can notophercantopher, you r suffering from what we term as coccidynia. Or inflammation (swelling with pain) of the tail bone named as coccyx. For relief you need to take sitdz bath i. E take luke warm water in a broad based tub & sit on it so that your buttocks dip in it. For 10 _ 15 mins. Avoid sitting on hard surface & support the tail region with cushion. Avoid riding bike. Sit on front seats in bus. For ankle problems take vit b6 or pyridoxin tablets ones daily wear flat slippers with a soft sole take wa. Rnm water ankle bath at sleep time.

Ayurveda offers excellent management in the form of panchakarma. Meet up with a panchakarma expert who will probably start with janu basti, anuvasan basti, tikta ksheer basti along with lifestyle changes. Knee replacement can definitely be avoided.

I am Suffering from Femoral nerve damage from last 4 years in the right leg .My brother hitted me on the leg 4-5 times I started developing pain and I started losing muscle in the right of my body .and since then I have muscle atrophy on my right side of body and pain in right leg And pain in back since then. I had exercised a lot just the pain seems to be low but not gaining muscles at all. What should I do I am worried.

U can near a neuron sergen he give you medicine 5 -7 day you do some days fully rest then you can taken physiotherapy, a physiotherapist give you heating paid, us, tenc & some exercise also do your problem because long time drive so it goen but some take time like 1 month & more either 20 days also pain remove but you don't take tenc, live care fully & be happy OK.

Tk physiotherapy treatment with rest. Not permanent only maintaing by physio. Surgery is the last option but risky after relief you can start sm exercise like spine extension, and strectching exercise.
