Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Folliplus (Adven) (3 tabs) thrice a day for 15 days and revert. Dear lybrate-user, regular exercise is required for all knee related problem, muscle strength is very important when it come to the stabily of the knee. I guess he will not be able to bend his knee to the full range. But one he starts to do strengthen, he can feel the difference.

I have delivered my baby through C-section. My baby has completed 5 months but yet I have not got my periods. For increase of height- take protein rich food -eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits, soya milk etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. I am suffering from sexual problem i.e quick fall (fall within 30secs). Need to go toilet on regular intervals and force is also not good. Sometimes after ejaculation need to go toilet 4 to 5 times and the quantity is very less and I feel some toilet still to come.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Also take a dose of acid phos 1m/single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Avoid watching porn.

Hi. Your weight should be between 53kgs to 60kgs. It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

FEELING ANXIOUS? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER

1. Worrying creates more problems; faith transforms. No amount of worry will change the situation. It will only you feeling experiences that you need to help you transform into the best version of yourself.

2. Keep going; everything happens for a reason. Even if you feel that life is merely one problem after another, all of these difficulties only serve to test us and make us stronger. They enable us to handle future situations in a better way, and teach us valuable lessons about life. Without struggles, we would not experience growth as human beings.
3. Pain is temporary. Any situation never lasts forever, whether that be a bad breakup, financial struggles, family arguments, or other issues. No matter what you might be going through, console yourself by remembering that you have control over your emotions. You can choose to see the positive in any situation, and change the pain into an opportunity for growth.

4. There is purpose in your pain. Spiritual teachers in the past commonly advised that we attract what we feel and what we are, so any bad situaCREATES tion we face is often the product of our own thoughts and feelings. This may not always hold true, but many times any difficult situation can be looked at as a valuable learning tool and an experience to test our highest selves. Remember that the problem isn’t a problem actually, its your attitude towards it, that causes the problem.

5. Take a minute to pray or to channel positive energy. No matter what you might face, try to look at the bright side of the situation and call on your guru, GOD or seer for higher wisdom. They will help ease your frustration or anxiety about the experience, and calm your energy so you can better handle the situation. Prayer will put things into perspective and remind you that everything on Earth works in mysterious cosmic ways which we can’t always understand.

6. Other people’s problems are not yours. If you have a strong sense of helping others, you probably feel its your duty to help solve everyone else’s problems. However, this can leave you feeling drained at the end of the day, and others might start seeing you as their support system, that they can call at all hours of the night. While showing compassion and support for others is important, you need to find balance between helping others and helping yourself.

7. Maybe you should do exactly what you’re afraid of doing. The only way to experience growth is to leave the comfort zone behind. Sometimes you need to test your limits and throw caution to the wind in order to know your true capabilities. You might discover newfound passions and totally new sides of yourself that you never knew before by overcoming your greatest fears. Surely, if you want to learn to swim, you will have to enter the pool or the river.

8. The bad days allow you to appreciate the good ones even more. Without bad days, you wouldn’t even recognize the good ones as “good,” because you would only have a limited perspective to go by! The funny thing about life is that we can’t know pleasure without pain, happiness without sadness, success without failures, and so on. We live in a dualistic reality, meaning we experience opposite ends of the same spectrum in most aspects of life. Appreciate the full experience that this human realm can offer, because often the worst occurrences unveil the best lessons.

9. Remember that you have a LOT of influence and power over your life.You don’t have to become a victim of circumstance or succumb to defeat; you have total control over your life and can easily turn a bad situation into a good one. Keep in mind that rainbows only show up after a storm, so you must bear with the storm in order to recognize the lessons it holds. If you let yourself get into a negative mindset, you will fall into a victim mentality once again. Resolve to keep your mood up despite your current situation, and the negativity will not have any power over you anymore.

10. Don’t worry, we all have ups and downs. Just look up and keep going.The next time you feel overwhelmed by the pressures of modern life, just remember that you and millions of others are in the same boat. The best thing to do is to actively create a life you love, and the pressures won’t seem so enormous anymore. Keep calm and carry on.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. aManagement: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Not really unless she takes to heart (literally 0 the taunts of society, she will be more at risk of a heart disease. Early menopause may happen. Let her be busy with productive activities which involve some exercise, both physical and mental. Get her checked for heart as a routine. Every woman near 40 should get the basic tests done like ecg, echo, stress test and blood test for sugar and total lipids.
