Slight bent is ok. The average time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation in the average man is 9 minutes. I am 39 years old male. My problem is that I can't sleep properly in night so all the day time we face the problem.
Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

How to prevent yourself from excessive heat exhaustion !

Excessive heat exposure can lead to heat exhaustion (mild ?moderate condition) and heat stroke (serious condition).

Symptoms
1.Heat exhaustion: Muscle cramps, headache , dizziness, heavy sweating and excessive fatigue.
2.Heat stroke: High grade fever, altered mental state and vomiting

Common Cause 
1.Strenuous physical activity in extremely hot and humid environment for long periods

Prevention
1.Heat exhaustion should be managed early to avoid heat stroke
2.Heat exhaustion can be prevented by increasing fluid intake before, during and after strenuous physical activity. 
3.It is best to avoid plain water , instead add salt and sugar to the water ( or ORS )

First Aid 
1.Take the patient out of the heat, give water (with salt or sugar) and cool the patient. 
2.Evaporative cooling : Includes removing the clothing, spraying the body with lukewarm water and lying down under fan 
3.Conductive cooling : Involves cold water bath or applying ice packs on groin, axilla and neck
4.If person has high grade fever and vomiting (Heat Stroke) seek immediate medical help. Avoid fluids, aspirin or paracetamol.

Hi diabetics often have nerve pain. First and foremost, her diabetes needs to be brought under control. Make sure that she meets her diabetologist, in person, regularly as scheduled so that her sugar levels are monitored effectively. She may require to be on vitamin b & e supplements, as deems appropriate by her diabetologist. Fomentation with warm water is likely to help.
