However I do agree with opinion of said neurosurgeon but most of time in shoulder pain cases the chronic ligaments injuries lead to made restricted movement all because of pain. And patient try to avoid movement leads to so called frozen shoulder. In such cases after getting mri confirmation we can go with ortho biological treatment with prp/stem cell/along with rf ablation. Made your life more fruitfully instead of getting unwanted physiotherapy exercises.

10 Food Items You Must Eat Everyday for Healthy Skin

You may have preferences when it comes to which skin care products you want to use on your skin, but the actual nourishment is received from within. Hence it is very important to eat healthy food in order to keep your skin healthy. Although it is not possible to maintain the 'healthy' food notion every day, here are some food items which you must eat regularly to maintain healthy skin:

1. Olive oil:
Olive oil is one of the healthiest oils you can use in your everyday meals. This is because almost 75% of the fat in olive oil is monounsaturated fatty acids. It also contains antioxidant polyphenols which help to keep the skin healthy. Olive oil also plays a major role in controlling signs of aging. If you consume olive oil regularly for at least a few weeks, you will suffer from 31% less signs of aging.

2. Tomatoes:
When consumed with olive oils for a few weeks, tomatoes provide almost 33% more protection against suffering from sunburns. This is because tomatoes contain the antioxidant lycopene which helps in improving the natural SPF of the skin.

3. Dark Chocolate:
In spite of the common belief that it is a weight gaining food, dark chocolate is actually very beneficial to the skin. It contains a compound called "cocoa flavanols" which hydrate skin and also improve blood circulation in the body.

4. Green Tea:
Green tea has an antioxidant called EGCG which improves blood circulation and oxygen flow in the body, while delivering vital nutrients to the skin which is required for its health. Green tea makes the skin more elastic and smooth, softer and supple. It also reduces sun damage by a quarter.

5. Water:
Water is very important for the skin to remain hydrated. Drinking enough water everyday makes the skin appear plumper and less wrinkled.

6. Coffee:
Regular consumption of coffee reduces the risk of non-melanoma skin cancer by 11%. If you drink 6 cups of coffee every day, it reduces the risk by 30%, but it causes other health problems; hence is not advised.

7. Carrots:
Carrots contain "carotenoid" which gives a natural glow to the skin. Carotenoid provides more yellow tones to skin giving it a healthier look.

8. Pomegranate:
Pomegranate has the most antioxidant content amongst fruits. It has an inflammation fighting antioxidant which helps in fighting aging signs.

9. Sunflower seeds:
Sunflower seeds are full of Vitamin E which makes the skin supple and helps to protect the skin from the Sun.

10. Beetroot:
This red root is loaded with Vitamin A, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and Vitamin E. It has skin clearing properties, and is essential for healthy skin and epidermal healing. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. I have stomachache from last 15 days I've visited many doctors they also gave mw medicines and I take it on time but it didn't stip my pain. And its still paining. Need help.

I have a swollen lumb node and throat pain and muscle pain is this any symptoms of any diseases.

Usually swelling lymph node is due to infection, may be viral, if you wait while it may disappear if it toublesome better you see a doctor, he would be able to tell you the reason for it, and suggest you the treatment part of it you may need certain tests, x-ray, blood test biapsy of that swollen lymph gland. You can do some throat gargling with salt ed water toget rid off trout pain.

I am 37 year old male. I used to sleep 7 to 8 hours daily before. But now I am sleeping only 3 to 4 hours daily. It started 4 months before. All tests are normal. Pls advice me what to do?

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill

I am 53 years male having diabetes for the last 20 years. Now I am frequently getting low sugar. Hence I reduced the insulin in take. It may be due to the Ayurveda medicines also which I am taking for last six months. What should be the normal sugar level in fasting, PP and at random? So that I can still reduce the insulin and switched over to tablets.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in salt, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Medicine and insulin will work better if you follow diet and exercise. Normal fasting is 80-130, PP is less than 180 and random is less than 200.

My fasting Blood sugar is 115 and post meal after 2 hours 170, what is the danger if any.

Are you on medication. If yes then your blood sugar are within normal limit. If no then your blood sugar is are above normal limit. Follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Yes, with increasing age, sleep duration and pattern changes but 7 hours sleep is required for healthy life.
