Sit back and relax, there might not necessarily be a third time. Exercise, eat balanced food, sleep well. You can have giloy ras 2 spoons twice a day to boost immunity.

Hello doctors, I have a severe burning pain in left side of abdomen during period. And the pain remains upto few days...
As you asked about your problems related to your pecos and pain related to your periods. It means you have irregular periods due to some harmonic imbalances and inflammation of uterus because of getting all unfavourable dietary regimen and daily behaviours as well as using unhealthy junks. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi or sour products e. G. Pickles etc. Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Oil massage all over body if you like otherwise have lover abdomen and below the naval over your uterus gently every day followed by heat treatment with hot water bag or heating pad for 10-15 minutes. You may follow some ayurveda medicines as bellow. 1- maha yograj guggul. 2tabs chandra prabha vati. 1 tab rajesh prawartini vati. 1 tab laxamana loh. 2tabs twice daily with warm water after meals. 2- laxamanarist. 15 ml dashmularist 15 ml twice daily with water after meals. You may use the above prescribed medicines for 3-6 months regular.

Dear sir/madam I am having a very peculiar pain below the neck from past one year. That pain sometimes radiates towards chest region and lower back. Before a year when I realised about the pain I use to do heat therapy at home .sun bath use to give great relief. It use to pain during bathing and walking. I use to have shortness of breath. My bp suddenly rose one day and I had to consult the doc. The doc did not understand the problem. Later I consulted homeopath and general physician but they told me to consult a neurologist. My ECG report and spine x ray report was normal. But bp was 200 which came down after I took medication. I do not have any bp problem. Few months later the bp problem was gone and suddenly my mouth and left part got numb as if I had a paralytic attack this happened twice but that too stopped. Now at present whenever I eat food I get pain exactly below left shoulder. This pain retains till partially food gets digested and till gas comes out. For this I take dabur pain hara from past several months. It gives me relief from gas and the pain too. I get unbearable pain sometimes. After eating my wife massages that area below left shoulder resulting in burping and finally pain comes down. Besides whenever I get depressed or frightened I get severe pain in that area. Honestly speaking I live in a very small town where neurologists are not available. And most important thing is that I am going through financial crisis and currently cannot afford the consultation and treatment charges. I have a very strong feeling that one of my nerves in that region has strained or compressed. I use to do heavy body building exercise about 15 years ago and later I stopped doing it completely. As a result my tummy and chest has increased a lot. Last winter I had severe cold and cough. Due to excessive coughing I use to get severe pain in the abdomen. I use to hold it tightly and then cough. After 15 to 20 days I got this shoulder problem. Could that be a possible reason of this nerve problem I am facing? I request you to show me exercises and perfect diet which can reduce my tummy and make me fit again permanently. At present I do push ups at home. Please don't give me advice of diagnosis, medication or treatment.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to acidity & the area near shoulder which pains could be due to the muscular stretching & straining due to the exercise which you do -follow a few dietary changes, avoid spicy, fried, junk food, also do not consume more than 1-2 cups of tea/coffee in a day, have a glass of cold milk, chew your food well, do not skip meals & have meals on time -to reduce your tummy, have more of fruits & vegetables (3-4) servings per day, avoid processed white foods instead have whole grains, like wholewheat chapatti/bread, brown rice, jowar, bajra, corn, -have protein rich foods like paneer, curds, beans, milk, sprouts -avoid alcohol, tobacco if you take -do regular walking for 30-40 min, do crunches (lye down & get up & touch your toes), bench presses, swimming if youdo, yoga in the morning for 10-20 min -avoid pushups for a week or two & see whether shoulder problem is better.

Cause for heavyness in head or vertigo or dizziness after eating 1. Gastritis occurs when the lining of your digestive tract becomes inflamed due to excess stomach acid. There are several reasons this can occur including overeating, eating too much greasy foods, drinking too much caffeinated beverages and/or alcoholic drinks. Dizziness after eating is a common symptom of gastritis. 2. Emotional disorders bring with it a multitude of health issues. Stress can cause all kinds of havoc with your body. Depression hinders your immunity causing you to be more prone to health issues. A common consequence of all this emotional pressure is lightheadedness after a meal or snack. 3. Your thyroid affects every part of your body. It produces the thyroid hormone, which helps regulate how your body functions. Hyperthyroidism occurs when too much hormone is produced. Hypothyroidism happens when the thyroid is underactive and does not produce enough hormones. In either case, common symptoms include fatigue, lightheadedness with or without eating and exhaustion. 4. Ommon drugs causing lightheadedness include antidepressants, antihypertensive medications, high blood pressure medications, sedatives and ace inhibitors. Also, habit forming drugs can cause dizziness after eating as a symptom of withdrawal. 5. Postprandial hypotension is the name of a condition that causes the pooling of blood in your abdominal organs after a meal and during digestion. When your body is processing and breaking down your food, it draws a lot blood to the intestinal organs. In some people this causes distress on their system and they can experience dizziness after eating. Take for following precautions first for your problems. 1. Do not skip meals when you skip a meal, your blood pressure drops. Often, your body will work itself into frenzy and when you finally eat you will have a sudden spike in sugar. This can result in a headache, falling, dizziness and fainting. Eating junk or fatty foods when hungry can also bring on these symptoms. 2. Do not overeat when you eat too much, you feel lazy and tired and often sit for an extended period afterwards. This can cause you to feel bloated and dizzy. The best thing for your body is to eat several smaller meals throughout the day. This will help prevent all types of digestive conditions. 3. Incorporate whole grains into your diet eating starchy foods like rice and potatoes can cause postprandial hypotension because they quickly pass to your stomach. Foods made up of whole grains and protein are digested more slowly, thus keeping your body at normal blood pressure levels. 4. Don't add sugary drinks to your diet just like eating junk food, when you drink sodas or other sugary beverages you run the risk of causing your blood sugar to spike and then quickly drop. When this happens, you will experience dizziness and may even possibly faint. 5. Eat vegetables and fruits when you include lots of them in your diet, you allow powerful antioxidants into your system. Along with beneficial minerals and vitamins, they help your body fight free radicals in your system and keep it working properly. 6. Avoid vigorous activities don't push yourself too hard after a meal or you may experience dizziness after eating. When you do not allow your blood pressure to return back to normal after a meal, you can get nauseated and lightheaded. It is important to wait about an hour before doing strenuous exercises. 7. Drink enough water if you keep yourself properly hydrated, you can prevent lightheadedness and dizziness brought on by dehydration. It is important to get enough liquids into your system, stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Believe it or not, sometimes if you drink too much water at once you can also get dizzy. 8. Add herbal tea to your diet herbs like ginger and mint have soothing properties that can calm your stomach after a meal. They can help your digestive system work better, thus thwarting off dizziness. If still problem remain same then get an ultrasound of whole abdomen and thyroid profile test done first. Then, share reports for further management. S.

Hi I am abhanu pratap singh my age I s31 running I am living in delhi and I am troubblig with in my penis problem ple...
Here are some key points about the average penis size. While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves. 1 45% of men believe they have a small penis. It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches). Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches). Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches). Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches). A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length. Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves. 1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

I have fever two day.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician,
I have fever two day.
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. MASTURBATION is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. I suggest counseling and sex therapy. Take care.
