Don’t comb, pull, tug, twist, or be rough with your hair in any way immediately after hair wash. Hair roots are weak and prone to breakage when wet. Chemical treatments like relaxers do make curly hair look longer, though they drastically slow down the growth of men’s hair.

Simple Tips To Overcome Sleeplessness (Insomnia)

@stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends.

@ avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M.

@ limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant.

@ avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn.

@ get regular exercise. Regular exercise can improve the symptoms of insomnia, but it's not a quick fix. It takes several months to feel the full effects. Aim for 30 minutes or more of activity on most days but not too close to bedtime.

@ develop a better bedtime routine

@ it's not just what you do during the day that affects the quality of your sleep, but also those things you do to prepare your mind and body for sleep.
@make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool. Noise, light, and heat can interfere with sleep. Try using a sound machine or earplugs to hide outside noise, an open window or fan to keep the room cool, and blackout curtains or a sleep mask to block out light.

@avoid stimulating activity and stressful situations before bedtime. This includes vigorous exercise, big discussions or arguments, or catching up on work. Instead, focus on quiet, soothing activities, such as reading, knitting, or listening to soft music, while keeping lights low.

@ turn off screens one hour before bedtime. The light emitted from tv, tablets, smartphones, and computers suppresses your body's production of melatonin and can severely disrupt your sleep. Instead of emailing, texting, watching tv, or playing video games, try listening to a book on tape, a podcast, or reading by a soft light.

If by following these measures, still if there is difficulty to get a sound sleep, homeopathic medicines can be taken for some time to relax the body and assist in getting sleep. These medicines do not have any side effects and are not habit forming. There are various medicines to help insomnia, viz. Passiflora, kali phos, piscidia, nux, coffea, etc, but there prescription depends on individual case.

Your meals are not balanced. You need to take dals, pulse, dairy and fruits in your diet. Not taking dinner is not a good option. Include mid meals in your diet and avoid junk foods on a regular basis.

Hi, I have pain in my heart from past 6 days. I am a diabetic and its not in control. I also get pain in sides of stomach. I am worried about heart attach and kidney failure. Diabetic from 1.5 year. Please advice how much time will it take for a kidney to fail if sugar is not in control. I take insulin everyday. Thanks.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Tips for sound sleep

Maintain regular hours of bedtime and arising √
If you are hungry, have a light snack before bedtime √
Maintain a regular exercise schedule √
Give yourself an approximately an hour to wind down before going to bed √
If you are preoccupied or worried about something at bedtime, write it down and deal with it in the morning √
Keep the bedroom cool √
Keep the bedroom dark √
Keep the bedroom quiet √



Never do this:-
Take naps
Watch the clock so you know how bad your insomnia actually is
Exercise right before going to bed in order wear yourself out
Watch television in bed when you cannot sleep
Eat a heavy meal before bedtime to help you sleep
Drink coffee in the afternoon and evening
If you cannot sleep, smoke a cigarette
Use alcohol to help in going to sleep
Read in bed when you cannot sleep
Eat in bed
Exercise in bed
Talk on the phone in bed

Give him 1tsf of isabgol powder with half a glass of hot water at bed time everyday. Ask him to consume high fibre diet and drink plenty of water. Give him one big ripe banana or orange or musambi at bed time daily.
