My age is 24 years old, Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. I had habit of masturbation since the age of 17 .upto the age of 20 I used to do 1-2 times a day by rubbing penis against bed for hours after that my habit became addiction .it became 5 times daily upto age of 23 means for 3 years .now from 1 years I am ill .my illness becoming more day by day. I left this habit 1 year ago before I was ill. I became ill after 2 months of leaving this habit. I used to have bone and muscle pain in whole body including mouth. Frequent and dark coloured urine. Shooting pain in penis head. Abdominal pain and left half head pain from back side. High bp 150/100. Numbness and tingling in whole body. Too much chest and belly enlargement even I used to eat 1 chappati since 6 month. Excessive hair growth on whole body even in eyebrows and head. .i am having no effect of nutritional medicine on my body. My problems are increasing day by day. I had my some blood test. .my cortisol came 234ng/ml. Total testosterone came 2.73ng/ml. Free testosterone 21. 3pg/ml. Estradiol 28. 3pg/ml. Vitamin b12 is 185pg/ml. Vitamin d is 73. 3nmol/l.2 month ago ut was 114 nmol/l.i used to walk in sunlight every time. I eat vegetables. I took vitamin medicine. Then still my vitamin d is decreasing day by day. Vitamin b12 is also low. Is not it is the cause of all my problems?

Please take rhus tox 6 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Continue treatment. Regarding you diet - you have to bring it in practice - take balance diet only.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Use AHA glow face wash daily and apply sunscreen daily. At bedtime use a good night cream for repair. Please take a healthy diet, wrinkles at this age are unheard of so it is directly related to poor nutrition.

Hello user first diagnose the cause of hair fall. Then eliminate that cause. Causes can be tension, stress, sun rays, weak digestive system, bad food habits, cold drinks, fast food, lack of proteins vitamins etc. Remedies:- eat properly. Like proteins enrich food do yoga use ayurvedic shampoos only take half spoon trifla two spoon soaked white til. Take milk with 1 pinch of haldi. Apply curd in your hair before hair wash (10-15) mins eat beans and daal. Apply good oil in your hair 2-3 times in a week. Avoid use of alopathic medicine too much. Do not take any kind of stress. Avoid sun rays directly on yours head. Apply mustered oil on yours nails. Both feet and hands. Once or twice in a day.

Regarding back pain proper rest is important if you are working. Do back excercise. Avoid prolong sitting and standing. Do regular walking. Take plenty of water. Otherwise meet me with all reports.

For hair loss: 1. Mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 2. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 3. Use mild herbal shampoo. 4. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.
