Recurring pain on left side of heart which is not severe. Treatment is tablet sorbitrate to be put under the tongue and not to be swallowed. Soluble aspirin tablet also helps. Angina doesn't cause damage to heart muscle but person should get examined for blockages in blood vessels of heart to know the further course of treatment depending upon the numbers of blockages and extent of blockages. Either baloon therapy or a bypass heart surgery. One cannot go on suffering from angina.

Hello To reduce BP and weight .you should *Have less salt *timely food. *Avoid fatty, junk food. *Avoid Papad, pickles, sausages *No extra salt in paratha, chutney, salad, butter milk. *Daily walk for 3 hrs *Dinner 2 hours before sleep *Be happy n stressfree.

Hello, Weight training i g and cardio both can be do while gyming after obtaining i g a proper fitness certificate from the doctor. If you do not control or stop breathing there should not be a problem. Cool down and warm up shall be very vital.

HI, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6. Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Hello, BP, being heart threaring disorder should never be under estimated in comparison with gastric disorder, please. You can't stop hypertensive medicine without permission of her treating physician. Some time acidity influences hypertension, hence dietary regulation with antacid be monitored to check gastric disorder. Tk, care.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start time of exercise with 5 minutes and increase time slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You must understand that keeping long gaps between meals and eating consequently heavy meals is one of the common reasons for acidity. Eat small frequent meals. Reduce the main meal by a small amount. Avoid oily or fried foods. Avoid taking glassfuls of water while eating foods. Avoid lying down as soon as soon you have eaten. Stress management is crucial too. These tips will help manage sugar levels as well. Avoid tea, coffee, cigarette and alcohol. Take jeera water after meals.

I am facing problem of breathlessness for the last 15 days while sleeping at night. It happens approx after 3 hours after I sleep. I ve changed my dinner time from 7.30 pm to 5.30-6.00 pm. I usually sleep at 10. 30 pm. For the last ten days, I have started taking Rablet20 before breakfast (empty stomach). But there's no improvement. Is there a serious problem?

Hello, It may be due to increase pressure over the diaphragm. Reduction of weight is must. Avoid heavy and rich meal at night. Consult cardiologist. Lipid profile should be checked. Start mild to moderate exercise regularly.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine carbo veg 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days and revert. If overweight, lose weight. Avoid fried and spicy food and food containing caffeine. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Following are the recommendations for your mother :- Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. if your blood sugar is 206 you need to get treated for the same. avoid all sweets and sugar items. take timely meals in limited quantity. have some physical exercise like morning walk, jogging aerobic exercises etc., these are the some of the measures to reduce sugar and cholesterol

Hi Tg 156 mg/dl dioes not require medicalmanagement. 1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, Physical and mental strain 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, 5. Although you are too young to worry about it but please do not neglect cardiac symptom. Ensure you do not have too much fatty food. Every year get a lipid profile and blood sugar level done.
