Amlong never comes in 50 mg dose. It must be 5 mg It sud be taken after breakfast Switch to telma-am.

My Triglycerides level is high how can I control it and my fasting Glucose level is 260.
Glucose 260 you need treatment for diabetes. Controlling diet and blood sugar will correct triglycerides. Find out glucose content of foods and increase foods that are low in glucose like wheat, corn, fruits etc. Best wishes.

Anxiety stress mainly if not associated with insonia, indiestion, bronchial cattarh, any drug effect, pre menopausal syndrome. Some times high pulse rate is common for healthy person.

Doctor advised me to take deriphyllin m tablet (1 tablet) before going to sleep at night. But I have hypertension and I take nebicard v one tablet at morning. Can I continue both tablets together. Is there any problem?

You're right. Derifyllin does lead to increase in heart beat but difficult breathing by not taking Derifyllin will also increase the heart beat Not much effects on blood pressure though breathing with difficulty will lead to higher bp Take a mild sedative but not anti anxiety agent like alprozalam Calmpose tablet should help you cope with both problems related to heart and lungs

Dear lybrateuser, -to avoid & cure gastric problems you have to to be careful about your diet -avoidspicy, fried & junk food, have more of fruits & vegetables -have your meals regularly at proper time, donot skip meals, inbetween if you feel hungary then snack on healthy foods like a fruit such as apple, pear, orange, nuts such as almonds, walnut, cashew -drink about 7-8 glasses of water everyday -eat atleast 2-3 hrs before bedtime at night for proper digestion.

You need to share your angiography report and echo report. But it's better to consult cardiologist with bp pulse sugar check up. And other things. So one can give better opinion. With ecg also.

Hello, He should go for meditation to reduce his stress to nourish his body strengthing heart muscle, reducing blockage. His diet be easily digestible, low spicy, fried food to check cholesterol. Go for a walk in the morning. Tk, homoeopathic medicine @ Arjuna Q -10. Drops with little water. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol & nicotine. Tk, care.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9. Go for detail Annual Health check up.

He should lead a normal healthy tension free life. Take low fat diet. Do daily exercise preferably yoga & make sure not to gain weight & become fat.
