Dear user. There are many contraceptives like male and female condom, copper T, contraceptive pills etc. The most popular ones are male or female condoms. These condoms usually do not have any side effect and are safe totally. Take care.

Hello- Emergency contraceptive pills/abortion pills contains loads of hormones which may cause hormonal disturbance in the body. This is the reason why you are not able to enjoy your intimate moments presently. Its better not to use them again as it can make the damage permanent in the future. Give your genitals some rest and use external lubrication during sex. Your problem will be solved.

While having period I used to get pain alot. Without medicine I cannot bare the pain.

While having period I used to get pain alot. Without medicine I cannot bare the pain.
Excessive production of prostaglandins is one of the major causes for most signs and symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is almost wholly due to this and may be due to a tight cervix, the mouth of the uterus. Such cases improve totally after a normal child birth due to stretching of the uterine musculature. Secondary dysmenorrhea, however, needs proper investigating into in order to know the causative pathology. The underlying pathology needs to be treated to control painful menses. Pain-killers can only offer temporary relief. The common causes of secondary dysmenorrhea are pelvic infections, congestive or inflammatory conditions within the pelvis like endometriosis, uterine tumors such as polyps or fibroids, and the presence of a foreign body such as an intrauterine contraceptive device [IUCD]. Homeopathy has a promising role to play in cases of dysmenorrhea. The medicines are known to reduce the severity of the pain as well as to treat the cause, whenever possible. Every patient with dysmenorrhea may present with a different set of individual symptoms, which are carefully noted while deciding the homeopathic line of treatment. Homeopathic treatment is strongly suggested. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Hello lybrate-user, First of all, you should discontinue ovral, fertiplus & ovstore. And start with Homeopathic medicines. 1) Platina 30 1drm 4pills twice daily for 1 week. Before food 2) Silicea 200 1drm 4pills twice daily before food for 5 days only. 3) Apis Mel 30 1drm 4pills twice daily after food. For 2 weeks It will take a few time, but you'll be fine. PCOD will subside too in 2-3 months. Have some patients. Thank you.

Health Benefits of Green Tea

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad

Promotes Heart Health

Potentially due to its ability to lower blood cholesterol, green tea has been shown to aid the body in its ability to burn off harmful forms of fat, preventing them from laying stagnant in the blood stream. Large-scale studies done on green tea have associated it with long-term heart disease prevention. A Japanese trial found that drinking at least four cups of green tea daily could lower the severity of heart disease in men.

Antioxidants

Green tea is loaded with antioxidants. These free-radical fighting substances increase the body’s ability to ward off disease and slow down the degenerative processes of aging. Green tea contains antioxidants called catechins [4] and polyphenols, forms of antioxidants known to stop the response associated with damaged DNA, high cholesterol, and even cancer. These antioxidants act as dilators on our blood vessels, improving their elasticity and reducing the chance of clogging. What is more, green tea undergoes very little processing, allowing the natural antioxidants to remain intact and concentrated.

 Weight-Loss Aid and Metabolism Booster

Green tea extract has been shown to be effective in both the prevention and reduction of weight gain. One study found that green tea’s fat oxidation properties aided participants in weight loss over a period of three months. A Japanese study found that participants using green tea extracts were most easily able to lose weight, lower blood pressure levels and get rid of harmful LDL cholesterol. Clinical studies suggest that green tea’s polyphenols create a fat-burning effect in the body, as well as increase metabolism. But, and this is a big but, some research has shown that green tea extract may offer too much of a good thing to the point it can negatively affect liver health. Although we can’t talk about the benefits of green tea without mentioning green tea extract and weight loss, we also can’t mention that without the caveat against green tea extract.

Supports Digestion

Green tea is a well-known digestive stimulant. It reduces intestinal gas and may even offer support for digestive disorders such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, the two types of IBD.

Encourages Normal Blood Sugar

Green tea has been used in traditional medicine to keep blood sugar levels stabilized. This may be due to the fact that it regulates glucose in the body.

Support for Arthritis

Studies show that green tea counteracts the response typically associated with diseases like arthritis. It does this by slowing the inflammation response as well as the breakdown of cartilage in arthritic individuals.

Boosts the Immune System

Green tea may act as an overall immune booster. Chemicals in green tea have been used to promote good health in so many ways. Some studies on laboratory animals even show promising evidence that green tea can slow the aging process and even keep us alive longer!

Do you drink a lot of green tea? What thoughts or experiences can you share? Please leave a comment below!

It is called safe period of family planning but it is unsafe meaning high failure rate. In a woman having 28 days regular cycle safe period is considered as from day 1 to 10 and 17 to 28 counting from first day of last period. If periods have different cycle depending on that counting changes.
