We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.

It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and *when* to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

It means not eating fruits after your meals!

Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach

If you eat fruits on empty stomach, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

Fruit is the most important food.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.

The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.

In the meantime the whole meal of bread & fruit rots and ferments and turns to acid.

The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an *empty stomach* or before your meals!

You have heard people complaining:

Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc. Etc.

Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.

The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes all these will *not* happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert shelton who did research on this matter.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the * secret * of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only * fresh* fruit juice, not from the cans, packs or bottles.

Don't even drink juice that has been heated up.

Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all.

You only get its taste.
Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.

If you should drink the fresh fruit juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse or detoxify your body.

Just eat fruits and drink fresh fruit juice throughout

And you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

Kiwi:
Tiny but mighty.
This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin e & fiber.

Apple:

During pregnancy sex is allowed at all times except first trimester and last month of pregnancy. The major reason for this is that there may be a chance of inducing bleeding during sex. You may have sex with your wife as she is beyond 3 months pregnancy as per your data. But during sex one has to follow the following norms. 1. Never force sex on a pregnant lady, as she is bound to have fears about it which she may not talk about 2. Always let the pregnant woman decide whether to have sex or not. The man is many a times always willing but the" fear" of something will go wrong can prevent her from taking part in it 3. During sex be gentle 4. Use condoms during sex, to prevent passage of infection from each other. During pregnancy the immunity of the mother is a bit low, and infections which are latent in a man can create havoc in the pregnant woman. 5. Sex is exhaustive for the woman and hence having sex more than once could invite trouble of exhaustion and may also invite some vaginal sorenes and on some occasion it may cause infections 6. Why not try non pentrtive sex like oral sex (woman doing to man), masturbation etc. This will give a sexual outlet and also prevent vaginal problems. 7. Oral sex (man doing to woman) is not safe in pregnancy as can at times cause dreaded complications like air embolism etc 8. The safest position for sex is where the lady is comfortable. So let her decide it. Having sex while she is on her side, or when women is on top are better than missionary position, but the choice remains with the woman. Women do not feel comfortable when they lie in missionary position as the pregnant uterus causes discomfort of breathing and also stomach contents come up in the throat at times.

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.

Mental Problems In Menopausal and Post-Menopausal Women

The period around the age of 45 to 50 is very delicate for most women as many changes occur within the body. The changes occur due to menopause or a cessation of the menstrual cycle for a period of at least 12 months or so. Along with a host of physical changes, post-menopausal women tend to suffer from mental problems as well. Some of the factors could be physical changes such as a decline or stop in hormone productions while some of them are psychological effects as well. Some of the common mental problems faced by women are mentioned below:

  1. Depression: This is by far the most common mental disorder and affects women while they are going through the process of menopause. After a few years, post-menopausal women tend to recover from this or the symptoms at least taper off. It is estimated that almost 20% of women undergoing menopause suffer from this problem, although the risk of depression is much higher if you have prior history of it.

  2. Sleep Disorders: This can be described as not only a mental disorder that affects women but also a symptom of menopause. Sleep disorders can range anywhere between disturbed sleep, insomnia or sleep apnea (breathing difficulty while sleeping), especially in older women. Women undergoing menopause may suffer from this due to hormonal changes which result in hot flashes. These can wake you up in the middle of the night almost daily.

  3. Schizophrenia: This is a serious mental disorder and is mostly noticed in women who have a prior history of the disorder. This condition is characterized by delusions and a detachment from reality which often pushes the person to act on their inappropriate imaginations. Schizophrenia usually manifests itself in young adulthood and peaks again at the age of around 45 to 50. If you had episodes of schizophrenia in your early adulthood, then it may resurface during menopause, although most women do see a subsiding of symptoms some time after menopause has occurred.

  4. Panic Disorder: Women tend to experience this problem, during or even after menopause, as a new disorder that suddenly develops. This can be quite disruptive in your life. Also, if you have a history of this disorder, menopause may trigger it to show up again.

  5. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: This disorder is another mental health issue that can cause you to be overly obsessive, more so among menopausal women. If you already have had OCD in the past, menopause can trigger a relapse or a bad episode.

  6. Bipolar Disorder: In this case as well, menopausal women have a higher tendency for a relapse or the start of a bad episode if they already had even mild signs of it. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.

Oral low dose contraceptive pills have great efficacy to prevent pregnancy, and also favourable protective action on breast, uterus. Generally other than very occasional incidents of nausea vomiting weight gain no side effects occur. But yes, it has to be taken daily without fail, preferably around the same time

Hi I am 34 years married female, on 4th feb I got a pre-term labor (it was 6 month of pregnancy) and failed to survive the child though a living baby was born, my postpartum bleeding stopped by 16th feb, now on 28th march I am experiencing mild cramp and very faint reddish tint bleeding with minor brown tint mucous.
