Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hello after reading your question I reliazed that you require a session of physio for a week. Exercises like pressing the knee down on a towel while in lying position and holding for 10seconds. This will enable good muscle contraction. After 10 secs you can release the knee. Exercise - raise the leg upto 40 degrees and hold for 10 secs. Then release the leg. Squeeze a towel inbetween the knees. Hold for 10 secs. If your going for walks a knee cap would be advisable. This provides anterior and posterior support to the knee.

Hello . Backache is much common in indian females coz of hard work. It seems you have fibromyelgia. Its a muscular pain. You need to take pain killers like diclofenac for say 7 days. Apply ice twice daily. Use ointment. Regarding your breast pain. Let me know if you are breastfeeding your baby?

Frist apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.

Use soft shoes avoid walking naked feet on hard surface you can also use silicon padding in your shoes, start streatching exercises of feet avoid long standing and putting excess pressure on the foot.

Pain in the heel not only restricts movement, but the general discomfort on walking or standing also disturbs the whole persona of a person. The pain can be attributed to a medical condition known as Calcaneal Spur. It refers to a sharp, pointed, horny outgrowth on the calcaneal bone present in the heel. The outgrowth is the build-up of calcium deposit on the heel bone. The reason behind Calcaneal Spur formation is repeated stress on the heels. When the heels are exposed to repeated stress, it leads to damage of muscle, ligaments and fascia that cover the heel bone. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Raise both your shoulders upwards such that tips of the shoulders almost touch your ears. Hold for a count of 3 seconds and gradually let your shoulders fall back. 20 repetitions twice daily.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. Walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for back pain:-along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. I am 29 years old. I am PhD student in chemistry lab ,most of the time I stand while doing work in lab. I have discomfort and pain in legs and feet joints for last two months. The pain subsides after walking some distances and intensify after taking rest for more the an hour. After consulting doctor I got my blood test done. Report revealed the insufficient Vit D, so I started to take Vit D tablets 60 K IU. Even after taking 3 tablets I don't feel much relief. Please suggest what need to be done to get rid of this.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

This depends on the state of your problem, usually in 15 days time your pain should have been better if the remedy is suited to your case. If its better then you should not take this further. If your pain is similar and Mag Phos offered no relief then also there is no reason to take this medicine any longer. Your case need a re evaluation and remedy or potency might be changed or both.

If a person gone through 3 c sections she can't get pregnant again if she does not gone through tubectomy if not why.
If tubectomy is not done despite 3 C sections, chances of getting pregnant are as good as in a normal fertile woman. As a routine 4 th C s is not done get intrauterine device fitted if ultrasound reports are normal and cycle is not on higher side or irregular.
