Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned it is a nice tip so you can try it without any problem but try to increase your fluid content to more than 10 glasses per day. Extract the juice of half a lemon and add it to a glass of warm water. You can also add one-half teaspoon of table salt and a little honey to it. Drink this nutritious lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also drink a glass of this tasty drink in the evening. Follow this remedy daily to treat constipation within a few days. Hope that helps

Am talking about my mom who is 47th years old and her hemoglobin rate is 11gms which is 76%, WBC are 9500/cu mm and her platelets are 2, 30, 000/cu mm. Is it normal if not what she do? And blood sugar (fasting) 102mg%.

Good news for you , Hb, WBC, Platelets, Blood sugar reports are Normal, though Hb is a little on the lower side , you can give her Iron , Folic acid , Vitamin C , fresh oxygen to build Hb. It is a Blessing to have normal reports.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hello, you can take supplements like Nutrigain. You should also take Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. Biofungin , 2 tsp twice daily.

Banana and milk are a must for you - you can take 1 liter of milk daily and 8 banana. Also include nuts and sprouts/egg/chicken in your diet daily.

I am 33 year old and diabetic since 9 months, was on medicine before 15 days. Now regularly check my Blood sugar level ,its on ave of 115 2 hour after meal, around 90-110 on fasting. I am not even taking medicine since fifteen days or so, at time I feel cold hand and feet, also feel sweating same time on my hands and feet. Why it happens? What can be the cause of this problem? hello, been a diabetic at the age of 33 is not a good sign as diabetes is chiefly the disease of the old. however diabetes can lead to autonomic disturbing which can lead to Excess sweating and hence cause such a problem. वैज्ञानिक नाम कोरियान्ड्रम सैटाइवम वाली धनिया हमारे यहाँ पाए जाने वाले मसालों में प्रमुख है. धनिया के उपयोग से आप अपने व्यंजनों के स्वाद को और बेहतर बना सकते हैं. धनिया में कई औषधिय गुण जैसे कीटाणुनाशक, विषहरण, एंटीसेप्टिक, एंटिफंगल और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण मौजूद होते हैं. इसमें ग्यारह घटक, छह प्रकार के एसिड, खनिज और विटामिन पाए जाते हैं जो इसे बहुत फायदे मंद बनाते हैं. आमतौर पर इसका उपयोग व्यंजनों में कच्चे या सूखे रूप में किया जाता है. सूखा धनिया संपूर्ण रूप में और पाउडर दोनों रूपों में पाया जाता है. यही नहीं धनिये के बीज का तेल भी उपयोग किया जाता है. आइए धनिया के फायदे और नुकसान को जानें.
1. त्वचा के लिए
धनिया एक्जिमा, सूखेपन और फंगल संक्रमण जैसे त्वचा विकारों को साफ करने में मददगार है. ये कई एंटीऑक्सिडेंटों से भी समृद्ध है जो मुक्त कणों से त्वचा की कोशिकाओं को नुकसान पहुंचाने से रोकते हैं. इसमें मौजूद विटामिन ए एक महत्वपूर्ण घुलनशील विटामिन और एंटीऑक्सिडेंट है जो बलगम झिल्ली और त्वचा स्वस्थ बनाए रखने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है.
2. गठिया से राहत
धनिया में पाया जाने वाला एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुण इसे गठिया के उपचार में उपयोगी बनाता है. कारण इसका उपयोग गठिया से राहत पाने के लिए भी किया जाता है. गठिया के के मरीज इसकी सहायता ले सकते हैं.
3. उच्च रक्तचाप में
एलडीएल कोलेस्ट्रॉल को कम करने के साथ ही धनिया उच्च रक्तचाप को भी नियंत्रित करता है. यह पोटेशियम, मैग्नीशियम, कैल्शियम, मैंगनीज और लोहे का अच्छा स्रोत है. यह उच्च पोटेशियम और कम सोडियम के कारण हृदय की दर और रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित करने में भी मददगार है.
4. वजन कम करने के लिए
वजन कम करने या उपापचय को नियंत्रित करने में धनिया मुख्य भूमिका निभाता है. इसके लिए आपको धनिये के बीज का इस्तेमाल करना होगा. इसके नियमित इस्तेमाल से आप अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं.
5. थायराइड में
धनिये का बीज हार्मोन को नियमित करके हमें थायराइड के खतरे से बचाने का काम करता है. इसमें उच्च प्रकार के विटामिन, खनिज, और एंटीऑक्सिडेंट्स पाए जाते हैं जो थायराइड की समस्या में बहुत लाभदायक होते हैं.

Hi do not take it follow this thing. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite.
