I am applying Tenovate M for skin allergies below the knee. It is all of a sudden pricking and itching. History is that years ago I have chickenpox relapsed. And the cream was started that day onwards under prescription. Is it right or should I change the cream. It leaves black scarves over the skin.

1. Get adequate amount of exercise
