As per cardiac point of view low fat diet is recommonded. But in case of CKD dependes what stage you belong. Some back ground needed for example diabetes/ hypertension and investigations ll determine your diet pattern as far as CKD is concerned.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Hello lybrate-user, Less haemoglobin in children is usually due to improper food habits or diet & mostly due to intestinal worms. So, blood transfusion is not required. Instead give her more green vegs like spinach, carrot, beet roots etc. You can let her go on de-worming syrups with vitamin supplements to enhance her appetite. Thank you.
