I have pain in my feet from toe to heel. All the bones in feen pain. I got my vitamin d examined and fount to be in order. Please suggest some remedy.

Flat foot at times causes pain. But we must rule out other causes as well rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

My left shoulder has a proper growth and is stronger compared to the right shoulder whereas my right shoulder's growth has stopped ,actually I met with an accident some years ago and I had an hairline crack in the right scapula since then my right shoulder has weakened.Please tell.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hi doctor. i'm 25 years old. I'm suffering from knee pain since last one and a half year and its swallen also. I have consulted to a doctor and my reports are showing that i'm suffering from osteoartheritis and its an early stage. I'm so depressed of all these things as i'm only 25 now. How can I come over it. Can it be curable. Kindly suggest good treatment for this. As i'm finding it difficult to walk now.

You are too young to suffer from osteoarthritis. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Both possibilities you have to rule out. For that do x ray knee. And also go for blood test for calcium n d3 level in your body. U can send reports for further treatment.

pain is complex, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medications. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days. Caldikind plus 1 tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid(Unwholesome diet and habits) 1. Day sleep 2. Intake of curd, unctuous substancesetc 3. Fried and oily food 4. Dry substances 5. Awakening 6. Heavy exercise and exertions 7. Two wheeler driving 8. Improper positions 9. Potato, sweet potato, jack fruit, yellow and red gram, peanuts etc. *Increase intake of oily foods that are easily digested, sweet things, purified butter, vegetable soups, milk and almonds. *Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence. *Avoid physical and mental exertion. *Get a good night’s sleep. *Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil. Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains. *Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening.

I think I have piles. It bleeds with stool and make me soo week soon after, I am computer engineer so I have to spend 8 to 10 hours, sitting in front of computer and it start panning after 2 or 3 hours of sitting. And it feels so irritated as I can not help my self.

Hi Agnish, Do 15mins surya namaskar Asanas daily. Don't dirve bike for long hours. Also don't sit for long hours, During 9 hours of work, try to stand and stretch your body front back and sides for twice in every hour. Drink more water and Eat boiled eggs in the morning.
