Hair does tend to fall more in winters because of frizziness. Apply oil regularly to your scalp and keep it clean. Keep your comb separate and clean. Do not rub or massage scalp very hard as that will increase hair fall. Eat well. Don't skip meals and eat more protein like curd, milk, sprouts etc. Get enough sleep. Hair fall can be due to various reasons apart from season also. We need to find out the reason and apply treatment accordingly which can be given after a detailed case history. If above mentioned measures don't help please consult for treatment.

Dear user. I can understand. Watching a movie using virtual reality player could be stressful for your eyes if you continuously watch it for more than half an hour. This is so because when you use virtual reality player, there is no source of external light and there will be restricted air circulation which could increase the stress amount on your eyes.. Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Black spots and marks are usually common after acne eruptions. You should take a healthy diet rich in vitamins A, E &C. Add lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower down the stress kevels, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Acne marks can be removed by microdermabrasion or chemical peels.

Anaemia in pregnancy is a high risk state. Your wife is having moderate anaemia. She needs active intervention now so that by the time she reaches her expected date of deliver she has at least hb of 10 gm percent. Discuss with your gynaec.
